Just look out the window of Coops's Dream House kitchen to see the Dream's Park! Coop's Dream House has been a favorite house of baseball families for almost a decade.

The light filled interior has multiple common areas with a spacious, modern kitchen and dining area.

There is a private back yard, including an outdoor fire pit. Feels like home!

*Please note that for the summer months, the house is only available for 6 day bookings that follow the Cooperstown Dream's Park tournament schedule.

Perfect spot for families visiting Dreams Park! We had many rain delays and the location made it easy to go back and forth with short notice. We were also there during a heat wave, so the window units were helpful but loud.

Perfect location

Perfect location to Dream Park, just a couple minute drive to get to games on time. House was very comfortable and everything was well stocked. Thank you for being pet friendly.made our week easier having the whole family with us.

Perfect Location

It was the perfect location for two coaches wives to stay in while husbands stayed with the boy! The house had EVERYTHING, and 2 washers and dryers came in super handy. Cooked 2 meals at the house and found everything we needed for our meals! Would definitely stay again!

Prime Dreams Park Location

Truly the most amazing location if staying for a week of Dreams Park baseball. With weather delays the ability to just run back to the house was a life saver. The house was perfect for our 5 and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need. Very comfortable and highly recommend.

Dreams Park Tournament

Very close to Dream Park which is why we booked. Very spacious for a group of 5. Some spiderwebs and items left under the sink in the bathroom. I was very disappointed about the “fire pit” which seemed like a fire hazard and not worth making s’mores for my son. Overall we were comfortable and had a great time.
