The villas at Seascape are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

Seascape 3030 is a nicely decorated three bedroom two bathroom beach getaway that has all the comforts of home which includes a flat screen TV in the living room and all three of the bedrooms as well as Wireless Internet.!! The first floor of this villa has a well stocked kitchen, dining room and living room. Located off the living room there is a large deck w/a gas grill and seating – perfect for a relaxed evening of grilling after a hard day of golf/tennis or surf and sand.

On the second floor of this villa there are two bedrooms with two twin beds in each room and shared bath. The Third floor has the master suite containing a king bed, completely renovated private bath and the most glorious private balcony with birds-eye view of birds nesting in the palm trees.

Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two salt water swimming pools, walking trails and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges.

There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers a separate men’s and women’s bathroom.

**Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months end of May to the 1st week in September and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**

Second Year in a row staying there

Came back to stay here after staying in this unit last year. Enjoyed the new grill. Great location. Will come back again next summer.

Great condo!!

We arrived after check in but it was such an easy process. Management is located in front of condo complex. The condo was very clean . The pictures are very accurate on the website. Looking forward to staying here again.

Perfect location! Good rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental was perfect! A very short walk across the street to a beach access. We loved the private beach cabana (which only was a restroom and foot wash station) on the beach. The community pool was ok, not great. It was on the small side and was often crowded. The kitchen was equipped with basic items, nothing fancy or over the top. The kitchen did have a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Also a blender and hand mixer. The space felt dated, but was overall good. The dated decor would probably be the only reason I would choose a different unit on our next visit. The tv’s were not up to date and were very small. The bed frames in the guests rooms were very unstable. The master bathroom shower could use a deep clean! There were a few beach chairs in the unit to use. Our experience with VTHH has always been wonderful and we will definitely use their services again.

Great Location / Outdated Townhouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. About a half mile walk to the beach access and 3/4 mile walk to Malls, shops and restaurants.The unit was very clean, outdated with too many stairs for my liking. Also, he parking situation was weird and there were few lights outside.We were surprised only 1 trash bag and no coffee filters were provided for our 7 day stay. The coffee pot was missing when we arrived, but the rental office quickly replaced it with a new coffee pot.Overall, we didn’t like the townhouse and wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice place for a long weekend

This was a great location just ten minutes walk from the beach. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The unit itself is a bit dated and needs a little TLC (repainting, fixed outlet covers), but this wasn't a big deal for our short stay. The pool was a short walk away and our kids loved it. Overall we had a great time.
