All upstairs bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom. The house provides three full bathrooms in total, ensuring plenty of privacy for everyone.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a coffee and tea station lets you prepare simple meals or a quick breakfast. A breakfast nook and a spacious indoor dining area make it easy to share meals together, while a small patio with outdoor seating for two offers a breezy alternative for al fresco dining.



Living space

The large living area comfortably accommodates the entire family, with ample seating for movie nights or board games. A free washer and dryer are tucked nearby for convenient laundry during longer stays.



Outdoor living & community amenities

Step into the Regal Palms community and you’ll find a resort‑style pool with a slide, a lazy river that winds through the water, an indoor playground for younger guests, a fully equipped gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice‑cream shop. Access to the community amenity center and clubhouse adds extra space for gatherings or quiet moments.



Neighborhood & location

Just a short drive from Disney World and other major attractions, the home sits off I‑4 and I‑192 in Davenport, making theme‑park trips a breeze. Orlando International Airport is about 40 minutes away, and the vibrant Regal Palms community surrounds you with well‑maintained landscaping and friendly neighbors.



Important notice

A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to 10 guests and provides wrist bands for access to the amenities. The fee is required whether or not the amenities are used.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
