This suite is the perfect size for a couple or very small group of close friends! Spacious for its footprint, tastefully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and close enough to downtown without the noise or the crowds! We walked almost everywhere, and aside from a small hill returning to the property, it's an easy trek... even with a few shopping bags!

So quaint!

It was the perfect overnighter! Such a cute place and cozy! The location was great as well! Decor was on point! We definitely enjoyed our night there.

Third stay here

All you need to know is that it's our third stay here, and Jennifer only opened this Vrbo less than a year ago. The location is great, the apartment is great, the bed is comfortable. Note: there is no microwave but there is an oven, please plan accordingly. The water pressure is surprisingly light being near the water tower - if that bothers you just be aware of it.

We came back to stay here because we enjoyed it the first time so much! Jennifer is a super host. She’s so kind and thoughtful - the place has so much for you on your arrival. We really appreciated the extra mile she went for us this time with a late arrival and her thoughtfulness. We will be staying here again!

Comfortable unit whimsically decorated

We visited State College for a relative’s 80th birthday. The unit is on a lovely, tree-lined street in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to our relative’s home. We found it to be very comfortable and attractive, especially the decor and the garden. We will definitely be back!

Awesome apartment for a state college stay!

The apartment boasts a small galley kitchen with a stove/oven and a fridge with freezer. The fridge isn’t a huge one but it isn’t a dorm fridge size either! The living room is large and bright and has lots of touches including a record player and a variety of records, cool books with a local flair, and plenty of seating. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and tons of storage. TV is a smart tv but you’ll have to sign in to your preferred service, cable isn’t available. There’s a lovely garden patio in back. The neighborhood is a nice neighborhood and near everything. Lots of quiet though - no crazy parties! Jennifer is a great host and can resolve anything for you quickly.

Why they chose this property

I grew up in this neighborhood and know how close and convenient it is to everything you want to do in State College. While driving is easy, the suite is a short walk to downtown and campus.

What makes this property unique

I've designed the space in a modern style with some asian twists to create a one of a kind oasis with an attention to detail. Amenities rival that of a 5-Star hotel, but with more space and privacy
