Put dirty kitchen items in the sink. Cleaning is appreciated but not necessary. Drying rack is under sink. Clean liquid spills with dish/paper towels.

I grew up in this neighborhood and know how close and convenient it is to everything you want to do in State College. While driving is easy, the suite is a short walk to downtown and campus.

What makes this property unique

I've designed the space in a modern style with some asian twists to create a one of a kind oasis with an attention to detail. Amenities rival that of a 5-Star hotel, but with more space and privacy
