Only 8 miles away from Penn State & other fun local attractions such as breweries, wineries, hiking trails (e.g. Whipple Dam State Park, Rothrock State Forest, Stone Valley Recreation Area, etc.) and many wonderful restaurants! Guests will have their own private entrance, convenient off-road parking and access to the patio/ backyard area. Sip on a cup of coffee on the patio or a glass of wine at our indoor bar! This is the perfect space for a couple looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, PSU games, or a family visiting for graduation weekend.

Cozy little place perfect for a getaway. Tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood but with a 15 min drive to all locations.Stumble upon when everything was booked in State College. Glad it worked out. Will definitely be back.

Perfect PSU game stay

Katherine and her family have a very cozy basement, private apartment that worked very well for game weekend! Comfortable sleeping, nice shower and amenities!

Graduation Weekend

Our hosts were very helpful and easy going! I booked this Vrbo in advance so my parents had a place to stay when they came up for my graduation. Our hosts made their trip stress free, wished me a happy graduation and made my parents feel welcomed while away from home. The space was warm and cozy. I’d happily stay with them again!

This cozy little apartment was the perfect place for us to stay while in town for our son’s fraternity parents’ weekend. It was a quick ride to PSU to meet up w him. Located in a quiet neighborhood where we went for walks. Along the route between the apt and downtown state college we found The Naked Egg. Don’t miss it! We ate their Saturday am and it was so good that we went back again Sunday to take our son! Would highly recommend this apt for any of you PSU parents in town to visit your kiddos!
