This beautifully decorated home features a kidney shaped heated pool with umbrellas and shaded lounge chairs. Relax or take the provided kayaks off your private dock for a tour of Kettle Harbor, a 400’ wide bay. It’s just a short paddle to the Intracoastal Waterway. Whether you rent or bring your own boat, there’s a 10,000 # boat lift for your convenience. A short boat trip will bring you to Stump Pass delivering you to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The island is 3 streets wide offering 7 miles of a pristine and private beach. Grab the provided beach chairs, umbrellas and towels and head to the Gulf of Mexico to find abundance of shells and sharks teeth. Rent a golf cart from local island vendor. It’s a great way to explore the island and everything it has to offer. The great room opens to screened decks that surround the entire rear of the home. Sunsets are spectacular from there or the beach.
