Peaceful and welcoming three bedroom/one and half bath home sits on a quiet street and is conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, walking trails, The Spokane Valley Mall, the freeway and approximately 20 minutes from Downtown Spokane and CDA. Guests will enjoy access to a large backyard and covered patio during their stay. Large and bright living room/dining room area greets guest upon entering the home. Dining area features a table with 6 chairs and a leaf to add space if needed for more guests. Living room has a comfy couch perfect for lounging, chatting or playing games during your stay. Full Kitchen is equipped with Quartz Countertops, Dishes for 8 and pots and pans for all your cooking needs. Primary Bedroom Suite offers a King Size Bed and private half bath. Second and Third Bedroom both offer Queen Beds. Full Main bathroom with tub/shower combo is centrally located to all bedrooms. Parking will be in driveway and street in front of home. Guests do not have access to garage. Security Camera located on front of home.

We came to Spokane for a volleyball tournament and we were very happy with the location of this property. Sarah the owner was and has been great to work with. It was clean and it had lots of linens and towels and was comfortable. Would stay again if we are in the area!

The living room and dining room were big. The kitchen was good size and very functional. The bedrooms were large as well. Everything was very clean. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and very convenient to amenities. It was very comfortable for my family. There was a nice patio out back.The host was very communicative and responsive. Thank you for such an awesome stay.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for us. We were in town for a wedding reception and needed a place for our family of 5. The three bedrooms were great and the kitchen allowed us to cook our meals. It was not far from the freeway so it was very convenient to get to different locations. Sarah was great to work with and quick to reply to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place.

Just like home.

The home was as advertised: clean, comfortable and spacious. Our host was exceptional and very accommodating. If I had any questions, she answered, right away. I will look to book this home again with my family next basketball season. The location was great, nice quiet neighborhood.

This home had everything we needed for an 8 day stay. The owners provided all the necessary amenities. Soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms laundry and dish soap. The house was extremely clean. They had ac but also included powerful fans to help keep the air moving on hot days. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent experience all around

We highly recommend this home. Communication with Sarah was excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the many special touches that are added to make this home comfortable. Comfy blankets, good quality towels and a kitchen that is stocked with cheerful dishes, great coffee choices, etc., etc. Sarah gets 5 stars without a doubt. Thank you!

Extremely clean house in a lovely neighborhood. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. There was everything we needed in the house. Lots of extra soft blankets and even coffee and creamer!! I highly recommend this house and we plan of booking again in the future!!
