Wonderful Getaway home

We enjoyed our weekend at the house in May. Communication with the owner was great! The weather was beautiful so we were able to enjoy the pool, which didn't need to be heated while we were there. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The game room was an added bonus and fun for the family. Would return if we were ever in the area.

Excellent Orlando Area Vacation Home!

Very pleased with our rental experience on this property. Communication prior to stay, during the stay, and at departure was flawless. The property itself is spacious, clean, appointed with quality bedding and furniture, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need in terms of glassware, dishes, utensils, etc. The pool is a step above a typical vacation rental as it is larger and deeper than what you will typical see. Our kids had a blast in the games room playing the various games, and the internet was also excellent. The location is perfect as you are nestled well into a residential area, and there is quick access to highways, restaurants, shopping, and only a short drive to/from the airport. Highly recommend this to any family looking for a vacation rental in the Orlando area.

Wonderful option with access to parks and attractions

This is a beautifully appointed property with all the comforts of home. The game room, in particular, gets high marks, and our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Only issue was a misunderstanding on our part. If you gather by the pictures that there is a jacuzzi, you would be mistaken. It has jets, but no part of the pool is heated. Our kids were able to enjoy an afternoon in the pool as the weather did cooperate for a couple of hours. The owners are attentive and checkout was straightforward and painless compared to other houses we have stayed in. Rent with confidence.This one is a gem.

Loved the house!

Thanks for a wonderful stay! The property was well situated and in a safe neighborhood, the pool was unheated so pretty cold, but my kids enjoyed regardless! It was well maintained and someone came for routine service while we were there.. The game room was a huge hit with the family and the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels- pool towels too!My only feedback that I’d suggest is to leave enough dishwasher pods/laundry pods/garbage bags/toilet paper for the length of the guests stay. We stayed a whole week and ran out of all of those things just with normal/light use of the property. We were requested to take out the trash on trash day which is completely reasonable but then there was no replacement bag. And it’s no fun to run out of toilet paper with no spare rolls. For a shorter stay, the quantities of supplies would have been fine! With that little tweak, would recommend this VRBO to anyone traveling with a family!

House was nice and very clean. Pool was nice but didn’t get to use after all. Beds were hard and not very comfortable. Ceiling fan in master bedroom didn’t work unless you start spinning it yourself to get it started and it’s very low to the bed. The bed is stands up high. Game room was nice.I am giving a 4 star of out 5 because of something we encountered. Long story short we let our son/girlfriend borrow a standup fan (there were 3 in the house) to take to their rental house to use due to ac issues they were having; of course we were going to make sure it was going to be returned. I get a message with a picture from the ring app asking if I knew who they were and saw them taking a fan. I totally understand their concern but then my concern was like ok are they (owners) watching every move we do; cameras all over the outside. I felt that was an invasion of privacy. I understand having cameras but I would think you would look at them if the renters addressed any concerns/issues. I have rented a lot of properties and haven’t come across this before. Also the last thing I would say is that the area seems a little sketchy. There are nice homes but then you have homes like down the street and few streets over where they are parking their cars on their front yards. Maybe there is no HOA enforced.
