Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a quite time policy in place and no loud music allowed inside or outside the house/back yard/pool area. There will be $1000.00 fine.
Pool temperature up to 86 degree Fahrenheit is included in the rent, additional charge of $70 applies per day if above 86 Fahrenheit is needed.
Only 3 cars allowed in the driveway. No car parking allowed in the garage and $2000.00 fine will be charged. Garage is a game-room and gym.
