Welcome to our charming home in Mid-City New Orleans! Enjoy modern amenities in a comfortable, home-like setting. Located close to popular city attractions, our quiet retreat offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation for your stay.
For your convenience, we are 3 mins walking distance from the streetcar which can take you all around the city and downtown.
The property is a charming, well-maintained 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with modern amenities and a shared patio. It is designed to accommodate up to 3 guests and provides a comfortable, home-like experience for visitors.
Guests have private access to all areas inside the unit, including the kitchen, loft, living room, dining room, bathroom, and bedroom. The patio is a shared space.

The neighborhood was sketchy! It was my first time in New Orleans and I had no idea the property would be in "the hood!" We had issues w/ the shower leaking down onto the kitchen ceiling. The kitchen ceiling was patched up and I was terrified that one of us would fall through while taking a shower. The steps leading up to the loft were incredibly steep and didn't seem too sturdy. I would not recommend this property to a soul.

It’s sad to hear that you would not recommend the property to anyone because you believe it was located in “the hood.” Please note that my property holds both the Superhost and Guest Preferred insignias on Airbnb, reflecting its excellent location and quality. The property is actually well located in Mid-City, a vibrant and popular area.
Regarding the shower issue, please know that we did not ignore it on purpose. We immediately hired a trusted professional to fix the leak and ensure it was safe. We regret that this situation affected your experience.
