Loved the screened in porch the kitchen living room and dog friendly The mattresses were too soft in both bedrooms The bathroom was too small A short walk to the beach was nice The front yard and lots of parking was exceptional Would love to stay there again if improvements to the mattresses and bathroom were improved

This place was great for our family - 2 adults, 2 kids, and a few pups! We loved the big front yard, screened in front porch, and how close it was to the beach. All we like to do at the beach is get up and go sit on it! We don't hang out too much in the house so if folks like doing that, this may not be the best spot for you. But the house had what we needed including coffee maker, air fryer, stove, and air conditioning! Stephanie was incredible and helped us manage things. I also loved that we just needed a code to enter - no key to lose! Thank you for a great week!

The location is great. The place was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but that was not a problem. Plenty of parking. But my concern was the place was not clean when I arrived. Floors were dirty, and couch had stains on both sides of the cushions. There was also a strong odor. The bed linens had not been cleaned as well. The property manager was amazing though. I called and emailed immediately about the issues and she contacted me back in 5 minutes. She did everything she could to fix the situation. She came with brand new comforters and pillows that night. Sent a cleaning crew in the morning who cleaned everything. So although it started as a problem, she went above and beyond to make it right.

The house needs tea towels to dry dishes. Please advise that clients should bring. Toilet paper rolls under the sink? The screened in porch is very nice, but is not dog friendly, as the screens are very flimsy. I actually asked a family member to bring a staple gun to repair several screens. The cover on the bed is enclosed plastic, not a mattress cover. It was very uncomfortable-HOT! I purchased a padded mattress pad and it was much better. The location is amazing, as is the front yard. Nice to have TV's in all rooms.

Check in was easy. Kitchen, bathroom, were very clean. Comfortable living room.Patio furnature was a bit sandy. All in all a lovely place. Would definitely recomend.

The location is absolutely perfect. The yard is incredible, the outside shower is great. Although small , it would be great for a family of 4. I would have two twins or a double instead of bunks in both rooms. That’s just me. Love our time in Dewey.

Location was great and loved the screened in porch. Also appreciated that it was dog friendly. Did have an issue with a leak in the bathroom that was not addressed. Also the metal bunk beds creaked when anyone moved making sleeping sometimes hard.

Overall, poor. Bathroom shower was in poor condition (we all wore our flip flops to shower). The bedroom A/C did not work. The twin bunkbed was super noisy, so hard to sleep. The screen door was broken. Overall, just not work the money... but it was only 2 blocks from the beach. So that was the positive.
