Sleeping Arrangements

The cabin sleeps up to four guests. On the main level, the primary bedroom offers a king bed that promises restful nights. Upstairs, an open loft holds a queen bed, perfect for family members or close friends who enjoy a shared space. A single bathroom serves the home, stocked with bathroom essentials.



Kitchen & Dining

A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for simple, unhurried meals. A dining table sits nearby, creating an easy flow between cooking, eating, and lingering conversation. A Smart TV and board games add low‑key entertainment for rainy afternoons or cozy evenings.



Outdoor Living

Step onto a spacious deck draped with soft string lights, ideal for sunrise coffee or twilight drinks. Heating and air conditioning keep the cabin comfortable year‑round. Wi‑Fi is available, though service may be slower or spotty in this remote mountain setting—downloading content ahead of time is recommended. A washer and dryer, free on‑site parking, and thoughtful touches support longer stays.

Located in Gerrardstown, the cabin sits a short drive from historic sites, antique shops, and the small‑town charm of the area. Hiking trails, parks, and fishing spots are within easy reach, while Martinsburg offers additional dining, shopping, and local attractions a bit farther down the road.



Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome dogs to join you on your getaway! Please note that due to allergies, we’re unable to accommodate cats. A $29 pet fee applies per furry friend, per night to help cover additional cleaning and care. Thanks for understanding—we look forward to hosting you and your pup!



Longer Stays

For stays of 14 nights or longer, guests will be asked to e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. This agreement helps us comply with local requirements while protecting the property, and will be sent in advance for review.
