Nestled in Kissimmee, this delightful house boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests can freshen up with ease. This superb property also offers amenities like WiFi, AC, a hair dryer, washing machine, iron, and heating. Pets MUST be kept off of the beds and sofas, and out of the pool. All pets must be potty trained.
Dogs have to be on a leash when outside; and you have to pick up after them. NO FARM ANIMALS - NO EXCEPTIONS.
No smoking of any kind inside the home.
Max occupancy 6 people, including children ages 5 and up.
No party hosting. Noise ordinance - sunset to sunrise.
Parking for up to two cars on the driveway. No RVs, no trailers, no jet skis.
No street parking 11pm to 7 am. Do not park on the lawn and do not block the sidewalk.
All guests must sign a booking form and provide a copy of their ID right after making a reservation. Name on the ID must match the name on the reservation and payment method. If someone else made the payment on your behalf, a copy of their ID will also have to be provided.
