Fun house. Cozy fit for the 10 of us but my 8-13 yr boys loved the basketball game and foosball table. Extremely comfortable beds. Also just a short drive to CTA for Cubs game or downtown. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The home was exactly what we were expecting. It is on a quiet street and is within walking distance to several restaurants. The beds were comfortable and and the lower level bathroom was especially nice to get ready in.

Great property- exactly as advertised. Home very modern and updated, beds very comfortable, living room couch a little uncomfortable. Host responded immediately to inquiries. Home very conveniently located to good local restaurants in Des Plaines, plus only 10 minutes from O' Hare. Would rent property again on my next Chicago trip!

The host was very responsive. The house was clean and ready for us on time. We flew in for the weekend for my graduation ceremony. This was the perfect place. Super close to the venue and was as described in the listing.

This house was the best rental I’ve ever had, the host exceeded my expectations. We had a couple things to fix in the house and he fixed them right away , my family was very happy with the house and they had a great time . They are planning to come back again next year and I’ll make sure to rent this property again because we all had a good time . Thanks Vianney for making sure our stay at your house was one of the best experience of my family’s trip :)

Cozy is right!!! I felt welcomed and at peace when I entered home. This home is a great space for adults and families. The pictures are 100% accurate. The beds are super soft and we all had a much needed restful night. I sent a message to the host at check in and check out and received immediate responses.Great parking for multiple vehicles in the driveway. Peaceful neighborhood and conveniently located near a shopping plaza and Metra train station. I would, hands down, rent this cozy home again.

What a great property! We came to Illinois to visit family and the location of this property was ideal for short travels to family homes in Arlington Heights and Glenview. The binder at the property was super helpful (great recommendation for a pancake breakfast just around the corner) with restaurant suggestions and tips for the home. We had 9 of our 10 expected family members with us who were able to travel, and the home slept us all comfortably. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe throughout our visit. Highly recommend this property for your next VRBO!!! We would definitely book again when/if we are all able to come back to the area to visit family!

4 of us stayed 2 nights in April 2026. Very cute house in a quiet, safe neighborhood. House was very clean with modern decor. We spent time on back patio enjoying the atmosphere with outdoor string lighting and seating for 4. Then we moved to the cozy firepit surrounded by rock to end the evening. Driveway has room for atleast 4-5 cars so parking is not an issue like most places. Unless the person in front needs to leave first. (We did not have that issue)The provided binder had clear information about the house, nearby restaurants, hospitals, etc. I love that they support recycling. Shampoo, bodywash, Keuriq machine, and kcups were provided. We only used the shower in the basement and everyone said it was amazing with great water pressure. The main level had 2 cute bedrooms. The upstairs had a large loft bedroom with a large closet. Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows each. The host responded back immediately when we had a question. Price was fair for such a great area and place. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect fit for 5 of us. Everything was clean, updated, and in working order. Grateful for the HUGE washer and dryer. Heat was strong, but doors needed to stay ajar for balanced temps. Game room proved useful, and the yard was fantastic for playing in snow. Basement bathroom had plenty of space, but tall people beware of the low vent. Ouch. I think the loft bedroom could easily fit a king size bed; currently it is a queen. That room has a huge closet and room for luggage from all guests, but there is nowhere to hang gowns. The first floor bedrooms have very little closet space and barely any room for luggage, so bring your hanging garment luggage if you have one. Beds were comfy and pillows were awesome. Kitchen is great, and all appliances were clean and worked beautifully.

Very cute, clean house! Beds were comfortable. Furniture in living room wasn’t very comfortable for sitting to watch TV and main floor shower had low water pressure. The basement shower was amazing!! Overall a good house. We would come back when we have time to use the outside space (deck and fire pit area)!
