The property has a pool and jacuzzi and lush landscaping providing an environment of peace and tranquility just steps from State Street and convenient to all the attractions of Santa Barbara. This is a very safe neighborhood, great for walking through the stately homes of Santa Barbara's 'Upper East' or along Mission Creek through the shady woods past the Natural History Museum and the historic old Mission. Housekeeping service is provided every two weeks during your stay.

Sanctuary in time of crisis..

we arrived at this beautiful condo not knowing that coronavirus would intrude in our time. the condo is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location...away from the business of downtown SB, but close enough to walk. I loved biking around this gorgeous neighborhood. There were a few concerns in the beginning with the plumbing from the condo below us, but this was resolved. Bente kept us informed along the way. Shortly after, the coronavirus isolation began. The condo was a great place for my husband and I to work remotely. The separate office/bedroom was wonderful. We spent time outside on the balcony and had some lovely walks around the neighborhood. We even enjoyed the hot tub on occasion. Despite cutting our trip a bit short due to concerns with flying, we did enjoy our time, and would defiantly recommend this stay. We hope we can visit again.

Outstanding Santa Barbara visit!

As an Air Force brat and retired Alaskan teacher, I have traveled EXTENSIVELY and my stay at this Santa Barbara condo was a 5 star visit! THE BEST EVER! Well supplied with all the amenities and lacked for nothing. Cannot rave enough about this delightful residence and I hope to return in the future. TOP TOP RATING!*****

We are a semi retired 'baby boomer' couple who have downsized from large homes to enjoy life in a perfect Santa Barbara 'pied a terre'. When we are not beachwalking and hiking in Santa Barbara we are off cruising on our sailboat.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a condominium with large spacious rooms, high ceilings, and a wood burning fireplace that was in a safe neighborhood convenient to downtown and the beach.
