This is a very safe neighborhood, great for walking through the stately homes of Santa Barbara's 'Upper East' or along Mission Creek through the shady woods past the Natural History Museum and the historic old Mission. We wanted a condominium with large spacious rooms, high ceilings, and a wood burning fireplace that was in a safe neighborhood convenient to downtown and the beach.
