Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Do not park in driveway, just street parking. No laud music or sound anytime as the other part of the house might be occupied and we should respect.
In excessive utility usage , charge will be applied. damage or dirt on sheets , furniture, appliances might end up changing the item at guest expense
