For eight or nine days in a row, we asked the host to turn on the heat to the pool, even paid extra for this service and not one person came out the entire stay. The pool was 60 and my whole family could never swim in the pool. it was one of the reasons we purchased this home. Also, nobody ever seemed to come to pick up the garbage outside of our house in the appropriate garbage disposal bin. The raccoons ended up getting into it after several days and the garbage started to really stink outside the bedroom window. I tried messaging the host many times about the pool and every time would be the same response that he would let “the team know”. But no one ever showed up. I then asked for a refund on the extra charge associated with the pool heater, and he still has not gotten and firm answer back to me. The house was very clean, but the service was lacking in my humble opinion.
