Private Outdoor Oasis
Step outside to your screened-in lanai, where a private pool and spa await. It's the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sun or enjoy a relaxing evening swim.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house and its private amenities, including the private pool and spa. For your convenience and security, the home is equipped with keyless entry.

Your stay also includes complimentary access to the Windsor Island Resort's luxury clubhouse, which features:

On-site Café, Ice Cream Shop & Bar.
Starter Kit: We provide a small welcome kit to get you started, including trash bags, dishwashing powder, laundry pods, and a one-day supply of bath towels. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper.

Optional Grill: A grill is available for a flat fee of $75 per stay, which includes propane and cleaning.

Optional Pool & Spa Heat: Available for $35 per day (3-day minimum). This is recommended from November to March. Please note that when air temperatures drop into the 40s-50s, the pool heater may struggle to maintain the set temperature of 85°F.

Safety & Security: For your security, a Ring camera is located at the front door and another security camera overlooks the backyard patio and pool equipment.

Baby Essentials: A highchair, pack-and-play, and crib are provided for our youngest guests.

Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.
Package Delivery: Please be aware that USPS does not deliver to vacation homes in this resort. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will deliver to the doorstep.
