The moment you walk in, you’ll feel the relaxed atmosphere: warm colors, plenty of light, and a lovingly designed living area that instantly puts you in a vacation mood.
With 80 m² of space, Finja offers plenty of room for up to 4 people and one toddler (up to 3 years old).
The first floor welcomes you with a bright, open living-dining area that’s perfect for spending time together—whether it’s for breakfast, cooking, or a relaxing evening watching TV. From here, you have direct access to the sunny, covered terrace.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more. Everything is designed to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The utility room is equipped with a high chair, a washing machine, a drying rack, an ironing board, and an iron.
Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a cozy double bed, a TV, and a private en suite bathroom. Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures pleasant warmth and comfort—a real plus, especially on cool days.
Entertainment is also taken care of: books, games, a large TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, a stereo system, and a PlayStation 4 in the living room offer plenty of options for cozy evenings or rainy days.
The outdoor area includes a covered patio with seating, a garden shed complete with a grill, a small green space, and plenty of room to play. Two free parking spaces are located right next to the house.
Finja is a smoke-free home; pets are not allowed—ideal for guests who value a clean and quiet environment.
The vacation home is located in a quiet new housing development, just a short walk from the beach. Restaurants, shopping, the North Sea lagoon, the Spielscheune, and other recreational activities are all within easy walking distance. There’s also a bus stop very close by.

Restaurants, shopping, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, the North Sea Lagoon, and the popular Spielscheune are all just a few minutes’ walk away. A bus stop with connections to nearby towns is about 450 m away. The location is ideal for families, couples, and anyone seeking relaxation near the sea.

The interior of the house is stylish, modern, and furnished to a high standard. The living-dining area, featuring a large couch, a 55-inch TV, books, games, a PlayStation, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and a stereo system, offers plenty of space to relax. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need. Underfloor heating, interior and exterior roller shutters, fly screens, and a cozy sauna round out the amenities for your comfort. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, and other practical items.

Description of the bedrooms:
The first bedroom is a cozy master bedroom with a large double bed, a closet, a TV, and a private en suite bathroom. High-quality mattresses and blackout blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep. A high chair is also available in the house.

The second bedroom also features a large double bed, TV, closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Modern amenities, soothing colors, and electric roller shutters create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Description of the outdoor area:
The private garden, featuring a terrace, lawn, and patio furniture, is perfect for sunbathing, dining al fresco, or relaxing. A lawn for sunbathing, cushions, and plenty of space for children round out the outdoor area. Parking is located right next to the house and is free of charge.

A one-time service and processing fee of €19.00 applies to each booking.
