About this property

Villa 300 meters from the beach

Rustic style, the villa has all the elements necessary to enjoy a fantastic holiday.
The location is wonderful, the great lake Esperanza together with the nearby mountains form a simply spectacular view. Quiet zone

Just 100 meters away is a newly renovated magnificent promenade where you can take walks along the lake.

As for the beach, it is simply the best stretch across the bay of Alcudia as there are no hotels near our home allowing a much greater enjoyment with a less crowded beach tourists.

Very close to our house you can also find various kinds of leisure services such as restaurants, bars etc. However, in the port of Alcudia, where you arrive in approximately 30 minute walk along the beach promenade, you will find in addition to restaurants and bars, shops where you can spend a fantastic afternoon shopping.

In front of our house and just 5 minutes away is a bus stop. However, if your choice is the taxis, there is a station just 10 minutes.

In addition to practicing all kinds of water sports (windsurfing, diving, canoeing, waterskiing, etc.) And sports road (cycling), you can enjoy endless walks on the beach, enjoy bars and restaurants where you can provar the typical Majorcan cuisine , tour the ancient ruins of the "Roman city of Pollentia", enjoy amazing landscapes, etc.
