Now Renting For Full Extended 2020 Season Plus Available Boat Slips

2 person maximum. Queen bed, dressers, sliders to the outside, new bath and kitchen.The lawn winds down to the water and marina. You'll enjoy being on site on "the other side" of the harbor. You can hang outside on your patio, or on the lawn. Shared BBQ and picnic tables for seasonal tenants. Restaurant next door (currently closed due to pandemic restrictions) for the freshest seafood and waterfront cocktails 7 days/nights in season.

AFTER A 1OO% RENOVATION THE COMPLEX LOOKS GREAT,ALL NEW AND CLEAN. THE ROOMS ARE PRISTINE AND IT'S THE BEST LOCATION IN MONTAUK. RICK AND LAURIE DID A GREAT JOB ! CHECK IT OUT.
