This property was constructed before 1991, however, we are making some readily achievable changes, so if you are interested in the unit and are looking for some accessibility features, please inquire to find out if any of our units would suit your needs.

Charming Ocean Front home located in South Cocoa Beach. A vacation home for a large family or many friends. Enjoy the breeze swaying the sea oats on your newly furnished patio area. This is the ultimate paradise rental for sleeping to the sounds of the waves.

The living room has an expansive window with ocean view with pool-out couch. The master bedroom has ocean view and a king size bed, T.V., mini fridge, sink area with separate entrance. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the living room. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds.

Within easy reach of Thousand Island Conservation Area, Cocoa Beach Skate Park, and Cocoa Beach Country Club, this Cocoa Beach vacation home is located by the ocean and set on the beach.

Cocoa Sands

Perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Location to the beach was exactly what I was looking for and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals and dining inside or out on the patio. We all loved our stay!

Great stay for our multigenerational family!

Literally steps from the ocean, perfect for my teenage boys and my older parents. This was our second time staying here and will definitely be back! Clean, spacious and tons of beach gear stocked and ready!

Great stay at the beach!

Unit 7 is a great place to stay with the family. Lots of space for everyone and a great view of the beach from the patio. The property had all the supplies and toys we needed for days at the beach. We look forward to staying here again for our next beach vacation!

Excellent for Family

Amazing access to the beach. Beautiful morning dune and ocean view of sunrise. Amazing for our family with 4 young children with being able to just walk out to th beach. We saw a rocket launch, too!

This was our second trip to Cocosands7. The location is the best thing about this property. It is on a relatively quiet road with neighbors but no resorts/hotels on either side. My only issue on both stays was the cleanliness. The bathrooms and beds were clean but the rest of the house needs a deep clean. Dusty and floors made my socks very brown at the end of the day. Better housekeeping would have made our stay better. Having the ocean steps away did help us not sweat the small stuff.

Lovely retreat!

This property was amazing and the area is just beautiful! Communication from the property manager was exceptional. The beach was lovely and we found lots of shells. The unit itself was clean and nicely appointed, and the view could not have been better. We would definitely stay again!

Best Vacation Ever!

We booked 3 nights at Cocoa Sands to recover from Disney. We should have skipped Disney all together and spent our week here. The view is amazing and the house was a perfect fit for our family. We can't wait to come back again next year.

Amazing place

So clean, close to the beach, private, really nice layout to the house, my family of 4 children and my husband and I really enjoyed it! There are also lots of good cafes and restaurants close by, but the house itself is not in an overcrowded area. The shared porch was never an issue here, all the neighbors are so friendly.

We enjoyed the beautiful view in this spacious stand alone unit! The property manager was attentive and helpful. We ran on the beach every day and loved our time in Cocoa Beach!

A little of everything

Our visit to FL had a full agenda. This property and its location was perfect for all of us. From the well equipped kitchen for those with food allergies, the variety of beach supplies, to the multiple bathrooms for teenage girls. It was wonderful and we look forward to returning!

Beautiful home on the beach

We had the best time staying at Cocoa Sands unit 7 Nov. 19-24th 2021. The beds are memory foam adjustable beds which we liked. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Beach chairs & boogie boards. Comfortable patio furniture. 2 parking spots right out the front door. We can’t wait to return.

Everything was great! The house is directly on the beach. There is no driving on the beach :-) The house is spacious. It fits our family of 5 perfectly. The patio is really enjoyable, with grill, outdoor table, sofa, chairs, and an outdoor shower! The kitchen is well furnished, way better than most rental (I cooked every day, so it makes a difference to me). We had a great stay!

Amazing Location

I cannot say enough about our stay here. The host was fantastic to work with and very accommodating. The condo has breathtaking views and is literal steps away from the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances. There was plenty of room in the living room as well as that unbelievable ocean view. We loved the outdoor back patio area. We enjoyed lunch at the picnic table and coffee with a view in the mornings. The kids absolutely loved that the condo was already stocked with beach toys and boards. We will definitely be staying at CocoSands again and I would highly recommend staying!!

Best beach house on Cocoa Beach!

This house had everything we needed and more. If you are looking for a beach house, this is it! It's not surrounded by condos, making it less crowded and perfect for families! Its such a beautiful beach that we had a photographer meet us at the house for family photos right in our backyard dunes & beach. Our part of the beach had lots of sea shells & our family found so many cool ones! We took a night walk on the beach & walked up on a huge sea turtle coming in to lay eggs. The location is convenient with plenty of places to grocery shop, eat, drink & get sandy. We will not forget the wonderful memories made in this house!

Great Beach House

We came to Cocoa Beach for four nights after three nights at Universal Studios in Orlando. The property was easy to find and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The house was roomy for our family of five. The views from the living room and patio were incredible. It was nice to walk out the back door straight to the beach. The house was stocked with basically everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. We had dinner out several nights close by, and we also grilled some ribeyes and scallops on the patio the last night we were there. We had a great time at Cocosands and would like to return in the future. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
