Ein wunderschönes Objekt in den Bergen von Pedreguer. Moderne Ausstattung, sehr sauberes Objekt, ein wunderbarer Pool, ein toller Außenbereich auf verschiedenen Ebenen, eine tolle Außendusche, ein herrlicher Blick in Richtung Wasser, eine wahrliche Ruheoase. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern Michelle und Steve war hervorragend. Jederzeit über Whatsapp erreichbar und natürlich auch persönlich kennenlernen dürfen. Super sympathisch einfach tolle Menschen. Jegliche Technik (WLAN, TV, Klimaanlage) ist vorhanden und funktioniert super gut (auch im Außenbereich) - Ein Pavillon auf der Terrasse spendete genügend Schatten. Sehr gerne haben wir dort gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Der Ausblick ist beeindruckend schön und unheimlich weit. Diese herrlichen Abendstimmungen waren ein Hochgenuss und waren so romantisch. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafgelegenheiten, so dass auch mehrere Personen (6 insgesamt) dort eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. Besonders gut hat uns auch gefallen, das das Haus nicht an einer Durchgangsstraße liegt und somit sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Alle Handtücher, insbesondere auch für den Poolbereich, werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Da das Haus auch über eine Waschmaschine verfügt, haben wir sehr gerne die Handtücher mal gewaschen. Da man als Selbstversorger dort seinen Urlaub verbringt, ist die Nähe eines Supermarktes sehr wichtig und das ist er auch. Jedoch ohne ein Auto sind die Wege zu weit. Die schönen Fotos und die Objektbeschreibungen entsprechen eins zu eins der Realität. Das geräumige Ferienhaus wurde in 2023 innen komplett neu ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Der Pool und die Lage am Hügel bieten Tag und Nacht ein schönes Panorama. Ankommen und wohl fühlen !

Très bien.

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans la maison. L'ensemble intérieur et extérieur est très bien et très propre, belle cuisine neuve. L'extérieur: piscine et terrasse sont un grand bonheur !! A savoir, même si cela est bien dit dans le descriptif détaillé, il n'y a pas de climatisation dans le salon mais toutes les chambres sont climatisées ce qui est un confort en été. Communication parfaite avec les hôtes.

Unsere Ferien in Spanien

Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick zu Hause. Die Vermieter unterstützten immer, wenn wir es benötigten. Die Altagshilfen wie Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschien, AirCondition usw. erleichterten unseren Ferienaufenthalt sehr. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar und die Gegend ruhig; was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Diese Villa ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Villa con vistas

Las vistas son impresionantes. Se ve todo el valle y al fondo el mar. La villa es un lugar tranquilo en el que relajarse y disfrutar de la piscina. El inconveniente que le veo es la accesibilidad, subidas muy pronunciadas (dificultad para caminar) y muchas escaleras en la propiedad.

Hola Yolanda, gracias por tu encantadora reseña. Estoy de acuerdo en que hay escalones alrededor de la villa, pero la mayoría no son utilizados por los huéspedes, por ejemplo, hay escalones para bajar al garaje que no son utilizados por los huéspedes. También a un cuarto dormitorio que nuevamente no es utilizado por los huéspedes ya que contiene nuestras cosas personales. Hay 8 escalones hacia abajo desde el área de estacionamiento y si usa la puerta de la habitación doble, no más escalones que no sean 5 para bajar a la piscina. Todos los escalones tienen pasamanos. El camino es bastante empinado, pero en 20 años de alquiler, ninguno de los huéspedes ha sido capaz de conducir su automóvil por él. Las impresionantes vistas tienen un pequeño costo ya que simplemente no obtienes esas vistas en una parcela plana, por lo que creo que vale la pena algunos steos por el lugar. Anunciamos que la villa no es adecuada para cualquier persona que tenga dificultades con los pasos. Nos alegra que haya disfrutado de su estancia y le agradecemos por cuidar de la villa. Esperamos darle la bienvenida nuevamente.

agréable séjour

La villa et extérieurs sont très agréables. Très belle vue La piscine est parfaite - soleil toute la journée et fin de journée c'est très appréciable. La villa était très propre à notre arrivée. Le linge de lit et de toilette ont été changés à mis séjour, nous avons vraiment apprécié cela. Nous avons un peu bataillé pour mettre en route le lave vaisselle (mais au final nous avons toujours réussi à le faire fonctionner !!!) Très agréables vacances

A LOVELY STAY IN A VERY CONVENIENTLY PLACED VILLA

My family and I enjoyed a very pleasant 2 weeks in this villa, the name of which perfectly describes the beautiful view it commands from the steep hillside of Monte Pedreguer. I usually rent villas in more remote locations but the access to amenities and the local towns and villages that this villa affords was extremely convenient. The owners provided timely and comprehensive information to help the make the arrival process very easy and thereafter, my family enjoyed a relaxing stay in a home with abundant, good quality facilities.

Great villa, great location, brilliant holiday

We have stayed at this lovely villa several time in the past few years. The villa is in a great location with easy access to both Denia and Javea, but we find the peace and tranquility of this location suits us perfectly. We can get to the beaches in 15 minutes drive, the supermarket in a few minutes drive and there are lots of restaurants around the area. The villa and pool are always perfectly maintained and each time we have stayed there has been new additions to the villa ie new sofa, new bedroom furniture, soft furnishings etc. The pool area and terraces have great views by day or night. The owners Michelle and Steve are on hand in case of any issues, they are very friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The whole booking process with them is easy and with the key safe in place even the arrival is stress free. There is always a beer and a bottle of wine in the fridge as well as soft drink for the kids when ever we arrive. A lovely touch, we think. We will return over and over again.

Spectacular

Knockout villa and views. Beautifully furnished It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. The beautiful pool welcomes you during the hot days and there is spacious seating available all around the villa. You never get fed up of the Stunning views that’s for sure. Home from Home

The villa is like home from home, you have everything you would need right there.. The location is so peaceful & secluded you are relaxed from the moment you arrive. The villa has an open plan living room with a panaramic view across the valley to the sea. The kitchen is so clean & fully equipped with all the essentials perfect for all your needs, we were really impressed. The outside area is very spacious, there are plenty of seating areas from relaxing by the pool to a cosy spot to read a book. There is a dining table outside, we really took advantage of having dinner in the evening sunshine with the amazing views we enjoyed every minute. We cannot wait to return, we had such a fabulous holiday - Steve & Michelle are so friendly & helpful. Don’t hesitate you won’t regret it, it’s a beautiful villa - A perfect holiday ❤️ Perfect Hosts ❤️

A really nice villa in a relaxed location

I have stayed at this villa on multiple occasions over the past eight years. It is located just outside of Pedregeur, up the estate with easy access to La Xara for supermarket shopping (actually there are about three supermarkets within easy reach of this villa), and close to the main roads to both Denia and Javea. A nice spacious lounge with British TV (for the World Cup footie), with two large bedrooms on the main floor and a nice family bathroom (good strong shower). The bonus feature is the separate 4th bedroom, with its own bathroom and TV downstairs. This is perfect for extra privacy for a couple, when you have had enough of your friends/family for the evening!! The pool is plenty big enough to enjoy and we usually sat round the corner under the shaded covered area (naya?); we frequently sat out there for evening meals, drinks and cards. The location of the villa on the side of the valley also provides a welcoming breeze on the hot sunny days. It is also very peaceful with no annoying vehicles or crowds of people. There is also very useful off-street parking for more than one car. Michelle & Steve take great care of the villa, making sure all our needs were met. They are really nice people, and when we needed anything - tips on Javea or Denia etc or anything else (rarely) - they were really helpful. If you want a very nice villa, in a peaceful location, with easy access to the local towns and facilities, then this villa will serve you very well. I'm convinced you will enjoy your time here; I always did (still do).

Beautiful clean well equipped villa.

My husband and I rented this villa for a month whilst house hunting. It's a lovely quiet location with amazing views of the med. Well equipped with a beautiful pool and sun deck as well as an outside kitchen BBQ area and other terraces. Spacious main bedroom and lovely modern shower room. Close to all amenities although you do need a car. Michelle and Steve were on hand if we had any problems and made our stay an easy relaxed affair.
