It is a nice location to stay for a few days. I would definitely listen to the other review, it is bare essentials. Bring extra blankets, and some folding chairs for the yard. The yard is bigger than expected we brought our dog (medium sized) and she had a good amount of space to play. The host is very accommodating, we had check in information an hour before we got to the city! The neighborhood felt safe to us, we mainly used the Streetcar service 2 blocks away and walked around at night. Never had any issues!

Convenient to Mardi Gras parade route and the St. Charles trolley. We were disappointed in the quality of the apartment itself. Light bulbs were burnt out, the stools at the island were too high, the flooring was cracked and spongy, the woodwork needed paint, and it looked ants had taken up residency in the wall next to the front door which did not fit the entrance opening. We were glad to leave at the end of our stay.

This place is close to everything. It is perfect for a single or couple. If you are staying a long time, weeks, then it might be too small. For a week or less it does the trick. The backyard was perfect for our dogs....not too big and not too small. Should be noted we have small dogs LOL Parking was easy, and you don't need a car with the Streetcar just a block away! Management was very responsive and great communication.

Renovations has been well done in some areas of the property. The property needs to be appointed be

The Interior of the Property is nicely renovated but the exterior and the surroundings were not advised or described. It was a HUGE Surprise and somewhat intimidating and threatening. The backyard had the fence down which allowed ANYONE or ANYTHING to come into the property. While it is understood that the property and surrounding properties are currently being renovated but the security of properties should be paramount before offering the property for Rental
