Beautiful and spacious home, great for anytime but summer in Orlando, a/c is underrated for this size home, it was 80 degrees in the home and very uncomfortable . Would stay here again just not in June.

Dream villa

Property was well maintained, clean and within great distance of all attractions.Gated community in lovely area. Only downsides were the noise of the road but this did not spoil it for us. Also the dishwasher was broken and could not be fixed during our stay.Otherwise we were delighted and would book this villa again.

House was super clean and cozy. Layout was great. Quiet neighbors - West Haven is my favorite community to rent in every year. Great price for the week. LOVED spending days by the pool, especially watching football on Sunday on the outdoor tv!Hannah, the property manager, was absolutely fantastic!! Extremely quick with responses and very friendly. The pool area is backed up to a main road. Another review stated that the traffic noise was not a bother. Our opinion differs slightly. While the traffic noise wasn’t so loud as to keep you awake at night, or even a nuisance while inside the house, but it could be an annoyance if you are spending your days by the pool like we do for the entire week. It wasn’t so much the cars, but lots of emergency vehicles with sirens. It definitely halted numerous conversations. The pool area was great with the outdoor bathroom and tv being a super bonus! The pool itself was probably the cleanest of all the houses we have rented over the years. Our only problem was the pool heat we paid for. They had turned it on spa heat instead of pool heat. Hannah was AMAZING and got someone out there as quickly as possible to fix it. It was fixed enough to have SOME pool heat, but it never got to a temp we are used to. I would recommend this house to anyone!Last tip for coffee drinkers that bring their own pods…the picture shows a keurig and there is only a coffee pot. I hope all future renters enjoy this house as much as we did!!
