This lovely cottage features 1 queen bed, 1 full size, and 2 twin beds, perfect for families or small group. Guests enjoy 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large bonus room (ground level walk out). Full living room, eat in kitchen, enclosed porch, deck, fire pit area, dock with 4 kayaks included. The space feels comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning to keep you cozy or cool. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, sitting out at the fire pit, grilling on the deck, this awesome spot offers a welcoming retreat. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Hodgdon Pond. Quiet pines and loons on the pond. On our very first kayak out we were greeted by the watching eyes of Osprey parents watching over their nests, feeding their young. Our family loves retreats on the pond. We are eager to share to others who will appreciate this gem. Available in the summer months. Family uses it year-round late fall to early spring.
What makes this property unique
Quiet, serene, lovingly cared for. Sit on the enclosed porch with screens all around or shut the doors and look through the windows out over the pond. Late in the afternoon, Eagles fly over, returning from their sea hunt. Nesting in the protected national park across the pond.
