Islander Condo # 109 es una unidad de Silver View de East View a una tasa de bronce que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. Reúnase alrededor de la mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas o relájese en la sala de estar con un sillón reclinable para ver el televisor Smart TV de 48 "con cable digital y un reproductor de DVD / VHS. Hay un sofá cama doble disponible para los huéspedes.

The condo itself was spotless and well set up. I love the laundry in the unit. Our room was close to the front desk, but still quiet and relaxing. The beach is so close, just over the boardwalk. The pools are warm, but not too warm. And the hot tubs are hot! Shuffle board, pickle ball, an area to grill out. . . the Islander really does have everything.

Unit 109 was not only updated beautifully (kitchen, both baths, etc) and decorated perfectly! It was very clean, beds were so comfortable - we truly felt like we were at home. As a family of 6 with four children ranging 13-5, being located on the first floor is huge plus for us. It’s so nice & convenient having a view of the pool from your patio. They even provided family games, cards, and books for those rainy days too! Don’t hesitate booking this- we can’t wait to go back!

The facility was in good shape.Our unit was a little "tired" with paint missing in the guest bathroom and just generally needed a repaint. The dish washer was very loud, but worked fine as did the other appliances. The pots and pans were warped and needed replacement.We LOVED the linen and towel exchange! And the ladies there were SO helpful and pleasant. Overall it was a very good experience and we'll be back next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. We loved being on the first floor in close proximity to the pool and easy access to the beach. When we arrived our unit was not properly cleaned. There was some type of red drink that had been spilled in the kitchen that was still on the counter and floor. We had to wipe down most surfaces upon arrival. This was a little frustrating because when we called we were told our room would be ready at 3pm, it was not ready until about 5:30pm, and still was not cleaned to it's full potential.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Islander for a vacation with friends, during the Pandemic. It was the perfect get away....perfect location. We loved being on the ground floor. Couldn't see the beach from the ground floor, but that was ok. We were at the beach every day. It was just a quick walk out to the sand. The only thing we wished it had was a washer and dryer. Every unit should be equipped with one. We didn't think we would need one, but with wet towels...YES!
