Perfect location

The condo was situated close to the beach and the downtown activities. It was very spacious and super clean. We had everything we need right there and more; fun board games for the kids and wave boards.

Great Family Condo

Great place for families!!! 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and sizeable closets, lots of bath linens, beautifully appointed kitchen, large family room with comfortable furniture, great kid features for toddlers (little table w 3 chairs, little rocker, kids beach toys and beach wagon). Beach chairs and umbrella were a fabulous bonus! I took my adult daughter and 3 year old grandson and it was PERFECT! Booking again next year (and inviting the husbands!) Great pools and beach access Great accessibility to Siesta Key Beach and amazing playground, restaurants. Loved it!

Great week!

Loved our stay at Palm Bay Club. We had a great time. Everything from check in till checkout was really easy. Our condo had absolutely everything we needed. Condo was super clean and loved the washer and dryer in our unit. Also the proximity to the pool and beach was a easy walk. The free shuttles to town was an extra bonus. Loved the pool area and the hot tub. We will definitely be back to the Palm Bay Club and will look to stay in 330 again. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Spacious first floor condo steps from the bay & beach!

What a lovely condo! It's unbelievably roomy with a huge central space, well stocked kitchen and two nice-sized bedrooms. Immaculate.The first floor makes it easy to move things in and out and it has a small but very pretty patio on an open courtyard. It is situated on the east side of the property, steps from a nearly private pool, hot tub, tables and grills and the Intercoastal. It's about a half mile walk to the west end of the resort which opens right onto the gorgeous Siesta Key beach. Perfect location!

We had a couple of minor maintenance issues,but maintenance responded very quickly and fixed the issues right away. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. We will return next year.

Quick getaway at the Palm Bay Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay here ( my mom and I) was very nice! We loved the bay view while enjoying the hot tub and pool. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the property seemed very safe and secure to guests only.A couple things to mention: 1) the guest bathroom toilet would run frequently after using ( I mentioned this on the checkout envelope). Also, the guest queen bed and pillows were not comfortable - too soft with not enough support. These last two are not big items but would have been nice to have 1) a roll of paper towels in the kitchen and 2) a small quantity of shampoo, conditioner, bath wash in the bathroom

Great Location, Great Space, Great Time

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The unit and property was everything advertised and more. The unit was well stocked with kitchen and bath-ware and is very large so you never feel constrained. The in unit washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The property was very well maintained and was located ideally for many of the area's great attractions and restaurants. We used both pools, the tennis courts and the beach with our young family and had a great time. The beach area is huge providing a ton of room for everyone. Great walks back and forth in both directions on the beach in white sugar sand. The owner went above and beyond to reach out to us making sure before and after our visit everything was in great order. We strongly recommend this unit to others. Thanks for the great experience!

Reviewer Comments: our number 330 - the washer and dryer is a nice feature of this unit, but the cleaning/maintenance people need instructions for their care. particularly the dryer. since its vented/lint trap into the interior, i believe that it needs water to operate properly. since there was lack of water, lint was heavily accumulated in the utility room. Advise. train staff to add water or purchase high end interior lint trap

I prefer to stay at the other end of midnight pass road to be closer to the bars and restaurants but this is the place I stay when I'm not able to do that. Super short walk to the beach. Very nice pools and a nice hot tub. The only criticism is the Bayside pool is supposed to be for those 12 and older and that is not monitored. The pool was constantly full of small children which is a little bit of a bummer when you want some alone adult time. Especially considering there's another very large pool that children and families could use.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented Unit 330 for a week during Christmas 2023. Palm Bay has some nice amenities ie two pools, tennis, fitness center, beach access etc however the condition of our condominium was not worth the money. The condo was listed as “ renovated” however it is in need a an entire overhaul. The kitchen was old as were the bathrooms, living room furniture etc. Honestly feel like we deserve our money back. The entire unit was filthy as well.

Reviewer Comments: We had no hot water for 8 days and 1 dinner fork for a condo that supposedly sleeps 8.A dining room chair and 2 living room chairs were missing.The cleaning crew neglected to pick up sand and mouse excrement under the sofa.The refrigerator had hair and something spilled all over the shelves.The master bath door had fecal matter on the door frame and stains on the master bed cover.We used our own cover to avoid coming in contact.The washer and dryer had to be replaced as it was malfunctioning.After our complaints we were told the owners had to put a lot of money into our condo.Why wasn't that taken care of before we arrived?We and many of our neighbors have found new places to stay next year as the rates are exorbitant and they will charge extra for housekeeping.Not worth the high rates charged.

Beach Vacay July 2022

We thoroughly enjoyed the first floor access, but it was the most run down of the 3 different units we have been in. The mattresses we old and uncomfortable. The dish washer was only good for sanitizing (you had to literally wash them completely prior to). The sliding door was difficult to lock. Water pressure in showers was top notch. However, that also caused issues in the walk-in shower bathroom of excess water on the floor. There was NO full length mirror in the unit besides a cheap Walmart one another guest had purchased, and it was just stored in the closet. The other mirrors were hung low. My 6ft daughter standing straight would only be vivid Lex from nose down. I know she’s tall, but that is not that tall if she were a man. If using the pullout sofa you need 2 people. It was a pain to pull in and out every day.

The condo we stayed in was nice and clean. Nothing fancy but very nice. Short walk to the beach and pool and inlet part are beautiful. Easy trolly pickup to anywhere you need to go without the worry of driving and parking. I recommend.

Reviewer Comments: Because it is mostly an older population there is a need for more regular beach chairs on the bay side.Could there be some way of regulating them so guests can't put a towel on them & leave.We have not been able to get a chair because of this which is unfair as we are all paying the same price.Also there was a lack of hangers in our condo.I did purchase some and hope they are still available next year.Sofa bed needs replacing- very uncomfortable!

The young man bringing chairs to the beach was great, after the second day he knew how many chairs we needed and just brought them down for us when he saw us coming! The evening security guard was also great, very friendly! We felt safe knowing he was around. We will definitely be going back!

Just what we needed

Reviewer Comments: This unit was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy our four night stay including a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishware , cookware and gadgets. There were also extras such as sand chairs and beach umbrellas in the laundry room. Master bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the location on the bayside and found the walk to the beach to be about ten minutes. The staff in the office were very welcoming and the beach attendant was so helpful every morning, already had chairs stacked closer to the water when we arrived and even drilled holes for our umbrellas. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay at Palm Bay Club in this unit and with the complex and would highly recommend it.

Disappointed

Property is not well taken care of. The pictures must have been taken when the furniture was new which is not the case now. The property needs a lot of TLC. I had to go out and buy air fresheners because it has a musty odor. The location is beautiful and the Palm Bay management was excellent. I would stay at Palm Bay again but I would not stay in this unit.
