This vrbo was very nice and convenient. There were some beach chairs to use, which is nice when packing on a long trip where space is tight and little space.

This condo was gorgeous! It looked exactly like the pictures showed. It was perfect for me and my family. The host was very responsive when we had a question at the beginning of our trip. I love that they have literally everything you could want to take to the beach there already. The pools were very nice. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad either. If we ever come back to St. Augustine I would definitely stay here again!

The propety was clean and the location is perfect. The view from the balcony is amazing. We enjoy our stay, we can relax and recharge energies. We like this place. Pat, the host, is so nice and answer my question inmediately. We were so happy there.

We had a great week! Easy walk from the room to the sand. The master bed was actually comfortable. The past two places I’ve stayed, the mattress sinks terribly in the middle making for a not so great sleep, but this one was great. The only thing I wish was different is not about the room itself, but the property’s pool. It closes at sunset and we like to swim at night. Very nice balcony furniture, nice view. However, it’s very quiet and peaceful at this place which was very nice. Thank you for allowing us to stay for our family vacation this year!

Thank you for staying with us and for writing such a nice review. So glad you found our bed comfortable. I agree with your assessment on the pool. The state changed the laws about night swimming. Our HOA must have 75% agreement on putting in new lighting and there’s a contingent of actual resident owners who won’t agree as they don’t want folks making noise in the evenings. We join the side FOR night swimming and are praying for the change. But we are happy that you enjoyed the things have power to affect!

We had such a beautiful stay! The condo was absolutely gorgeous, and the views and location were incredible. We kept saying how much we need to come back again—we truly didn’t want to leave!

The condo was great! Our host, Pat was easy to reach and was very friendly. It was smaller than I was expecting from the pictures, but it is perfect for a family or a small group of friends. It was very clean and check in and out went smoothly. The views from the porch are amazing and the private beach access was incredible!

Unfortunately I was only able to stay one night of my week’s stay because of a family emergency. The place was clean and the bed very comfortable. The host Pat was so friendly and helpful and I appreciated that.

I would definitely stay here again! The property is just as described. It’s clean and spacious. The condo faces East, so you have a nice view of the ocean and of the community pools. The condo facility itself is also very well-maintained - both pools are kept very clean; even the sidewalks get washed. And it’s quiet - a welcome surprise! Pat, the host/owner, is very nice to deal with. A handle on one of the provided fishing rods broke, she immediately ordered two new rods which were delivered by Amazon the very next day. Her hubby even drove from 45 minutes away just to repair a minor issue with a piece of balcony furniture. The owners obviously take pride in their property and are salt-of-the-Earth people. I hope to come back next year.

There were some nice amenities in the condo such as a keruig style coffeemaker and French press. When it was time to leave there were only a couple of things we needed to do making it easy to check out quickly. The condo has a nice view of the ocean from balcony too. A very pleasant stay. When we had a question our host answered very quickly.

Great place for a getaway

So convenient to St Augustine, nearby parks and birding locations, not to mention the beautiful, uncrowded beach! We appreciated the many convenient amenities such as beach chairs, towels, a cooler, books and puzzles.

I was very thankful there was a closet of supplies for the beach. Having chairs to borrow is so nice, especially when you travel so far. We had a great time.
