This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 12th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. King size bed in the second bedroom. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had one last get away before the end of summer. The location was quiet, but close enough to all the attractions. We loved having coffee and watching the waves every morning. Parking for a large SUV under the building was a little tight- but there was room across the street if we couldn’t fit. Everything was clean and very nice.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The view is breathtaking from the oversize round well covered balcony. There was plenty of seating for us. The listing pictures were accurate. The floors and toilets could've used some extra cleaning but weren't terrible. The instructions the owner provided included all the information we needed. Both rooms have king size beds which is what we needed. They had all the appliances we could ask for including a blender for margaritas. The view of the ocean from the master bedroom was a plus. There is plenty of storage around the condo. Maybe two of the 4 elevators worked so it was a little slow going up and down. We could never find parking in the two level parking deck so we parked across the street which was inconvenient. The parking pass was 40 for our stay. It was easy to access the pool and beach. Beach not overly crowded even on the holiday. We could watch the fireworks from the balcony which was a delight. Overall we enjoyed our family vacation and would likely return if the owner will have us. Thank you for sharing your home.

Very nice condo

Very nice condo ,had all the amenities and 2 recliners ,right on the beach ,Dalton with the beach chairs and his girl helper hannah were great,only issue was condo snelled musty when we got there but once we turned the air down the smell went away and the furniture was not swept under ,youd think what they charge for cleaning itd be immaculate.

Great place for R&R or family fun

Unit we choose was very comfortable and had most everything we needed. Mikes Seafood across the street has really good food. So does Salty Sue's that is very close by. We will most definitely stay here again.

Emerald Isle PCB 2024

Great place to stay. Not over crowded. We loved that a set of chairs came with this room. Balcony was very spacious for the whole family. Fast elevators and very friendly staff. We also loved how close the walk to the beach was. No long boardwalk to have to haul everything. We did not love that people were allowed to put up their tents in front of our chairs however it wasn’t overly crowded our first couple days so it was doable. I could see where it could be an issue though. Pools were nice but not huge. Parking was easy and no issues finding a spot. This room had plenty of amenities and a well stocked kitchen. Would definitely go back!

It is much bigger than we expected and everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable! They have all the necessary appliances and kitchen ware. We loved the property and the grill downstairs by the pool. We will definitely be back! We went with kids and LOVE that it is near PCB, but farther down and a much quieter area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, renting from Helen was a pleasure. The unit was beautiful, up to date, and very clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed watching dolphins and rays from the large balcony and even got to see a manatee. The table on the balcony allowed for meals outside which was nice. We washed and dried laundry, and the washer and drier worked great.

Family fun in Laguna Beach

My favorite part of this unit is the large porch overlooking the Gulf. The porch includes rockers, lounge chairs, and a table for eating or playing cards. The teenagers enjoyed the pools and the beach. We can’t wait to go back.

Book this condo!

This condo was spacious & decorated so cute. It was very clean & had so many amenities. The balcony is massive and we spent a lot of family time out there. Our kids loved the different pools & hot tub. The staff was very friendly. We met other condo owners & guests who were all so kind to us as well. We definitely will book again in the future.

Wonderful condo!

We love Emerald Isle and this particular condo is one of our favorites. It was super clean, with very nice furnishings. Everything looked brand new and there were lots of extras-my favorite being a nice floor fan in each bedroom (in addition to a ceiling fan.) Best of all, Ms. Helen allowed us to extend our stay when we didn’t want to leave after our first week. It is always a pleasure to rent from Ms. Helen. Can’t wait till next time.

AWESOME stay at condo #1207 (Emerald Isle Resort)

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying in condo #1207 at the Emerald Isle Resort in Panama City Beach in August ’23. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We were impressed with the quality of the furnishings and owners’ attention to detail in every corner of the property. The condo’s balcony is super spacious and offers awesome views of the beach and gulf. The resort itself is in great, secure location, away from pcb crowds but close enough to numerous attractions and shopping. The condo’s manager, Helen Phillips, did a great job communicating with us and was very attentive to our needs. We’ll definitely stay again at the property next time we are in the area and would highly recommend this place to all who are interested in vacationing there! 😊

Amazing!

My family enjoyed our stay very much! The rooms in this unit are spacious. The balcony was huge with plenty of seating for everyone. We never waited for more than 3-4 minutes for an elevator. The unit was very clean. We are looking forward to booking this unit again (or another listing at Emerald Isle with the same property manager)!

Nice size for us (2 couples) the condo could use a deep cleaning. Baseboards, light fixtures dusty.

Great property manager to work with. Price was good. Beds were very comfortable. Beach service very good.

Beautiful weather and clear water!

Our stay at Emerald Isle was great as always! We have stayed in the units of Helen Phillips several times over the past 6 years. She does a fantastic job with her rentals. This particular unit seemed a little “tired” from the summer season. I felt as if there should have been better lighting as it seemed dark in the master bedroom and bathroom. We always love the beach chairs and umbrella that are included with the unit. However, the chair guys were late getting to the beach for set up both mornings but I get it! Things do come up. The only bad thing I would say about this property is, one of the pool guys had the pool gate locked and we were unable to get our shoes to go back up from an early morning walk. We had to go around to the other gate when he could have easily let us through. He tone and demeanor were very rude and as if we bothered him. I would still recommend this condo to family and friends!

Great little family getaway

This room is very nice, 2 bedrooms both have a king size bed! 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. It is right on the beach and includes beach chair rentals (2 chairs and an umbrella) the elevators were always very quick and worked great which is always nice. Helen was quick to respond to any questions we had and was so nice. We had no issues whatsoever. The location is on the other end of Panama City, past pier park and is nice if you want to be out of the downtown area and all the crowds. We enjoyed the less crowded beach and much less noise than at other places we have stayed. It is about 2 miles from pier park and a good little drive to Thomas drive and stuff on that end but we didn’t find it an issue at all. Overall a really great stay and I will be booking again in the future!

Very nice condo with a perfect view of the beach

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was beautiful and very clean. The balcony was big and spacious with a perfect view of the beach. Both bedrooms were big and comfortable, the kitchen has nice modern appliances and the living room was nice, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo and we would definitely come back again!!

Nice view right on the beach but could use an upgrade and better cleaning

This condo is great for easy access to the beach and has a fantastic view! There were definitely some housekeeping issues though. The washer was not clean and is likely because it's not being left open to dry out. There were dirty dishes and silverware in the cabinets. Also, there was something left in the bottom of one of the tubs. Some of the furniture was quite worn and could use an upgrade. We went to one of the pools on the property and found it odd that you could not even have a drink near the pool, including water. The security person was constantly going around yelling at people about their drinks. Overall we did have a great time at the beach!

Loved the rental! It was PERFECT!

The condo was wonderful, it was clean and so nice. It was centrally located and the views were beautiful! The bed was so unbelievably comfortable it made the stay incredibly relaxing. Ms. Helen was very helpful and accommodating. We will be back again. We throughly enjoyed our beach vacation!

Nice & Safe Location

The condo was lovely. The view and beach were perfect. The only complaint I had could not have been prevented. Someone a few rooms over was smoking a very “stinky” cigar. We have a wonderful stay and loved the condo. I will be back!
