Built in 1885 and fully renovated in 2022, this impeccable shore-side home comes complete for your stay with: high speed WIFI, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and so much more. Multiple spaces available throughout the home for relaxation and gatherings; from the wrap-around front porch to kitchen island with ample seating and a full dining room for more formal affairs. Spend your days at the beach (only 1 mile away from the property) and unwind the evenings in the large, private backyard, we allowed small no-shouting dogs. My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay! The kitchen was great for cooking all the fixings, and the home is cozy and warm. Jim and Jane are friendly and available for any questions. Manasquan is a cute little town!!

Great Property!

House was clean and beautiful with a fantastic location - walkable to everything downtown. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly with answers to our questions. Beds were comfortable and there were more than enough towels for everyone in our group. Lovey property - highly recommend!

Great stay, very accurate to the listing, steps away from Main Street. Was a great fall getaway, and the house was exactly as advertised. Jim and Jane were extremely knowledgeable about the area and helpful. Would rent again.

Beautiful historic home in downtown Manasquan.

The centrally located home allowed us to walk to nice eateries and shop. The home is well appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the owners were easy and they were very generous to our wants and needs. It was a lovely stay for my small family.

5 Stars - Perfect Getaway Rain or Shine!

We absolutely loved our stay!! The house was the perfect mix of cozy and spacious- beautifully maintained inside and out and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials! There were games, books and relaxing chairs both on the front porch and the back deck which we used as much as possible!!! It was a super easy walk to restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc. There were also bikes and beach accessories ready to go if you are up for that. You can really tell the hosts put a ton of care into every detail . HIGHLY recommend and we can't wait to go back!!! :)

This house was perfect it was clean and updated and looked even better than then pictures! The owners were super nice and answered any and all questions quickly. I would highly recommend staying at this house it is close to everything!

Great Stay!

The owner, Jim, was fantastic to work with. Check-in and out couldn’t have been easier. The house is lovely, clean and well stocked. We especially loved the beautiful, well-kept gardens. Excellent location to walk into town for breakfast, pharmacy and shopping. We look forward to returning!

Jim and Jane have a fantastic property right off downtown Manasquan. The house is clean, the rooms are nice, the town is great. Jim is very communicative when needed, he let us know about all amenities at the house and in the area. I would highly recommend this property to all friends and family.

The perfect Jersey shore home for a mid to large sized group of people!

Our group was extremely satisfied with the overall look, feel, and comfort of this Manasquan home. The home was clean and perfectly furnished. Wonderful Thanksgiving Home

This is a wonderful home, perfectly set up for family vacations! The home has a great layout, a beautiful backyard (with heaters, that was the preferred dinner seat for my parents and son!) and is close enough to the Main Street that we could walk to the quaint diner for breakfast and watch the Thanksgiving parade in the evening. Our host was extremely helpful and the kitchen was well equipped! Overall, one of our best rentals ever!

Wonderful house & lovely hosts

Had a great stay celebrating a birthday and mother’s day. Even though the weather was rainy, we enjoyed the house, the kitchen, played games, listened to music and just had fun hanging out in Manesquan. Hosts were easy to communicate with prior to our arrival, during our stay and especially after when one of us left our computer behind. Lots of little touches that did not go unnoticed by our family (coffee and cream, extra toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds/pillows, bikes for us all). Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a charming area

This is a beautiful home in a cute area. The owners are responsive accommodating. We traveled as a family with young kids and there was lots to do in the area. We went to the Jenkins aquarium, the boardwalk, bowling and shopping on the Main Street. Most things were a 5 min. drive from the home. There's also a park nearby but because there was a heat wave during our stay we didn't do many outdoor activities. My favorite feature is the large dreamy porch. It's also in a cute area with some consignment shops, a great coffee spot and an Italian upscale deli. Worth noting- the home includes 4 adult beach passes and they have beach chairs, a beach umbrella and bikes. The beach does not allow tents, only ones with a single pole so for larger families, check-out the single pole cabanas online. Those provide more coverage.

In this latest renovation project, their goal was to bring a sleek, modern ambiance to this historic Victorian home. With a bit of work and a lot of vision/experience, they've turned this timeless home into the ultimate shore space, with open concept elements and fully modern amenities, while also keeping the core structure and key charms (stained glass windows, original hardware and trademark hardwood floors) fully in tact.
