Victorian charm meets modern elegance in this newly-renovated shoreside home. Built in 1885 and fully renovated in 2022, this impeccable shore-side home comes complete for your stay with: high speed WIFI, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and so much more. Multiple spaces available throughout the home for relaxation and gatherings; from the wrap-around front porch to kitchen island with ample seating and a full dining room for more formal affairs. Spend your days at the beach (only 1 mile away from the property) and unwind the evenings in the large, private backyard, we allowed small no-shouting dogs. Home includes outside shower, 6 beach chairs, 4 Manasquan Beach Badges

Please be advised that from June 20, 2026, through September 12, 2026, we require a 7-night minimum stay with a mandatory Saturday check-in.

In NJ for family wedding, house worked well for 6 adults. Great location, steps to downtown and brisk walk to the beach. Lots of dining options and easy morning coffee run. Comfy beds and lovely porch to rest and relax on. Jim and Jane were always in touch to make sure everything was good. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is charming, a perfect combination of old world style and modern conveniences. Has a fully stocked updated kitchen and bathrooms, furnished with many comfortable pieces. It is conveniently located, close to Main Street where there are a variety of restaurants and shopping. The hosts have a notebook filled with information about the area and nearby attractions that was very helpful. They also were excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay.Nearby, I recommend the Town Grill for breakfast and the Coastal Canteen for dinner, ask to be seated upstairs if noise level is an issue. I highly recommend Atlantic Offshore Fishery in Point Pleasant for dinner, they also sell fresh fish to take home and cook.We were there at the beginning of a Nor’easter, so were unable to use all of the amenities available, but did enjoy having coffee on the back porch and looking at the well maintained yard. The inlet is less than a mile away, we enjoyed walking on the boardwalk and looking at the waves. It was a little too windy to fully enjoy the house front porch, but it is also very nice. I would definitely recommend choosing this to book for your next trip. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful historic home in downtown Manasquan.

The centrally located home allowed us to walk to nice eateries and shop. The home is well appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the owners were easy and they were very generous to our wants and needs. It was a lovely stay for my small family.
