The location and amenities are top notch. We did have a couple of issues after check-in, but the hosts were very kind and responsive. We were able to get everything squared away very quickly. I LOVE the location of this property. It is perfectly situated right off of the causeway to Sanibel, with quick access to the island or Ft Myers Beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed this stay. The hosts had everything we needed in the apartment. It was a 9th floor location overlooking the Bay allowing us to have the most beautiful sunsets every evening. The pool and the beach were steps away which only added to our relaxing weekend. The Marriott right next door was perfect for having breakfast, lunch or dinner, as did the Bimini Bait Shack. Ft Myers, Sanibel and Captiva offered plenty of things to do and see. Highly recommend!

We rented the condo so that my brother and I could celebrate my father’s 94th birthday. He and his wife from their ALF, 2 couples they have been friends with joined us for dinner. The space was just enough and everyone was so happy to experience the beautiful view. Sunset was the perfect backdrop! Thank you so much for making the unit available for rent!

We had such a fun, relaxing vacation! The view from the condo was amazing. The condo was very clean, and the pool and hot tub were both great. The beach area was very nice! The property maintenance crew was also very nice and welcoming! While visiting, we saw dolphins and sting rays from the beach area. We were able to rent a boat from "Your Boat Club" located a few minutes from the condo and we drove the boat back to the area near the condo and were able to see dolphins up close. We also saw manatees swimming in the ocean. We have 3 kids and the location the condo is in was the perfect area for them.

The view is absolutely magnificent. We also loved the beach area out front and the pool with a bathroom. Hanging out at the condo and on the lanai was the best vacation.

Lovely condo with a beautiful view!

Loved this condo, it's view and access to first rate pickleball courts! Perfect, relaxing getaway with easy access to the beach and day trips over to Sanibel and Captiva. We will be back!

Great Place

My husband & I spent 5 days. The unit was very nice, all the comforts of home😀. The view was spectacular and the property while undergoing construction was clean. The pool area was very pretty and parking was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing your beautiful space.

Located at the end of the road, Private, quiet. Very clean. Great view from the screened balcony- no complaints. We are a family of 6 and we fit comfortably. Would stay here again.

Great stay in a beautiful location.

We really enjoyed our partial week at the condo. Leslie and Andrea answered all of my questions before we went and we had everything we needed. Our favorite part of our stay was watching everything going on in the bay from our balcony. Seeing the mommy and baby manatee that swam by on two of the mornings was amazing. Kids loved the beach and condo pool.

Great trip

We stayed for two nights in this beautifully appointed condo before meeting our family for a week in Captiva. The condo had everything we needed; including gorgeous views, a screened porch (keep the mosquitoes and no-see ums away), pool, hot tub, and beach! We easily could have spent the week here. The hosts were nothing short of excellent and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very impressive

It was really beautiful, very clean love the location love the view. The only one thing I had to complain about would be the icemaker didn’t work, but otherwise everything else was perfect.

Beautiful view

Great 9th floor view of the water. Condo was clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large living area. Pool was not open yet but very easy access to private beach. Owners very responsive when I had a question. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely condo w/ large pool and private beach

This condo was in a convenient and private location with new large pool and private beach. Waterfront view from condo and balcony was gorgeous. We fell asleep each night to the lovely sound of the waves. Condo had everything we needed including pool floats, beach toys and chairs, and towels. Location was convenient as we were close to Sanibel Island and also mainland activities and restaurants/stores. Communication from owners was always prompt and helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we visit the area.

Great View, Beautiful Condo!

This was our first time in the area. What a great spot to vacation. We walked over to the Marriott to enjoy the Tiki Bar on the water during the day and the sports bar at night. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The pool was still under renovation but lazy mornings enjoying our coffee on the balcony or cocktails at night were enjoyed instead.. Great communication with our host, responses within minutes! We hope to stay here again in the future.
