Sandpiper es un complejo de tres pisos de baja densidad. Su exclusivo edificio en forma de V y la pasarela de área común compartida en frente de cada condominio se prestan para conocer amigablemente la atmósfera de su vecino. Reuniones familiares, grandes grupos de personas que viajan juntas y familias individuales eligen esta propiedad a menudo. Great Place at a Great Price

We’re a guy’s golf trip (50’s and 60’s) so we don’t have a lot of kitchen/appliance needs; however, we did have everything we need. The satellite TV worked and had a great sports package. The restrooms/showers were clean and in great working order. We will be back.

Not bad but needs some attention

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all we love Sandpiper. Stayed there for numerous years and already booked for next year. This year we stayed in 9C and it wasn't up to par with the other condos we've had at Sandpiper. We have a big family get together and we've been/stayed in probably 75% of the condos at Sandpiper. 9C wasn't terrible but compared the other condos at Sandpiper it's the worse we've been in. The furniture in the photos is not furniture in the unit. The furniture is uncomfortable and some of it is very worn out and almost unusable. To be honest the other units at Sandpiper are much more updated and in better shape. This unit served it's purpose as a place to sleep but for the same cost why not get a more updated condo. We've already booked at Sandpiper for next year but in a different condo. Sandpiper is great and the ladies at Bender are awesome.

The property as a whole was very nice. beach access was good. But the condo we were in was not clean. I found wet towel left in the dryer. I had to clean black hair off the wall of one shower and the other had the old soap with hair in it left in the shower. The sheet would not stay on the bed. We found cheese puffs under the beds.

Relaxing vacation

The property was clean, had a washer/dryer was on beach with beautiful white sand. We didn’t have much planned just hung out and sat on beach and ate out a lot. Would come back to stay here

Clean condos. Our unit needed to update some things, but I was in several other units that were very updated and spacious. Property management are so nice and is easy to communicate with.

Well Maintained Condos

The people that stay here and rent these condos always come back year after year. We recommend this place highly. Great location for shopping and eating. The kids like to walkand have ice cream or go to the Hangout about a mile down the road. These are definitely a family atmosphere all will enjoy.

We always stay at the sandpiper in gulf shores. 9c needs a new cleaning crew we had to unclog the toilet when we 1st arrived. There was sand in both tubs I pulled out 3 months of people's hair in the master bath so it would drain. There were gummies under the furniture. Other then that the overall experience was great. I love theres only 3 floors
