Unit 114 is beachfront Kihei -w perfect sunsets and wonderful fresh mornings -
Remodeled and upgraded w/ granite countertops, new cabinets, crown molding- our unit is new ! Stainless appliances- Plan to enjoy direct, sandy beachfront privacy from the lanai of this ground-floor, corner Sugar Beach Resort unit. Bathroom remodeled 2016 - floor tile upgraded. The extra livingroom window adds natural light - corner unit.
The annoying little midges are no longer in the area ! Every couple of years the nature reserve dries up and midges appear - but they are gone .
The beach in front stretches for seven miles - most of it without buildings. Take a beach walk in the morning - then enjoy great sunsets from your lanai. The unit is completely furnished - fully-equipped kitchen - . The unit has a hide-a-bed in the living room with a memory foam mattress -very comfortable! And a new Cal_King size bed in the bedroom. The unit accommodates 4 persons easily.. We also have a new w/d - full size. Added new window coverings 2022. Sugar Beach Resort has a new look - new paint, new a/c system and new windows - and the landscaping is tropical and lovely.
Sugar Beach Resort has 216 units - most are in rental programs. The complex is located in North Kihei - convenient to the airport and Lahaina. Maui Sites and Treasures is located in the commercial space - has the best deals on snorkeling trips, Hana rides, or upcountry horseback riding. There is also a clothing store, massage spa and a small restaurant in the commercial area. A large Safeway is located less than ten minutes away. Owner is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Hawaii w/Better Homes and Gardens Valley Isle Properties.

Beachfront oasis

We had a great stay! It was so wonderful being on the 1st floor with everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. I found this location to be very convenient to all areas of the island, as this was our first time we wanted to check everything out. highly recommend and would stay again if I'm back in Maui.

Maui beach front stay

We enjoyed our stay and wished we had more time in Maui. It’s a well played out ground floor unit with the beach & pool right out the door. Communication was easy and staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

Great ocean front location with restaurants and food trucks nearby. Easily travel to all of the must see spots on Maui.

Wonderful location

This ground floor unit had a fabulous view. The kitchen was well stocked, and the sunsets were amazing.

Great oceanfront condo

Joan was incredible helpful and thoughtful when I told her what we were doing on Maui. The condo is steps from the beach. It is clean and updated with lots of amenities.

Sugar Beach Resort Condo

Really nice place right on beach. Loved the sunsets and ability to walk right out onto the beach. Great pool and Dinah's Deli right in complex for sandwiches and beer wasalso a plus. The entire complex was so well maintained. Definitely would stay here again if we ever make it back to Maui. Really nice a/c which you definitely need in Hawaii to sleep at night.

Small taste of true calm and relaxing nature.

Wouldn't add a single thing to this cozy place. Will try my best to return to Maui and will definitely come back to this specific condo.

Maui was a once in a lifetime experience for us

Our condo was great. Really the perfect location for us. Everything was exactly as expected and even better! If we ever decide to visit Maui again we'll definitely stay here!

Beautiful views!

Overall this is a great place to stay. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset views!!! Condo is equipped with all the home essentials needed. Condo complex was very quiet and clean. We would stay again.

LOVED our stay AGAIN

Ground floor ocean front, clean, responsive friendly management. Long walks on a quiet beach sunsets and sunrises. Comfortable beautiful condo. You can't beat that. We look forward to returning again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Quick beach access, also quick pool access. Unit was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If we return to Maui we will def try to stay here again

Absolute perfect spot!

We loved this place! You just open your sliding class doors and walk right onto the beach and steps away from the pool! That convenience alone was so nice! There were also beach towels and chairs to use which was so nice. Everything in the condo was as described! A+++++

my husband and I spend time on Maui 3 to 4 times a year since it is such a quick trip from LA… We have stayed at many properties on the island and this is by far our new favorite. The amenities are great, the property is so clean and well-maintained. Plus, the location is fabulous as you can walk right out to the beach from the lanai. will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach. Joan was very quick to respond! Kihei is a great place to stay in Maui…close to great restaurants & snorkeling harbor. The layout of the condo is great. We had our granddaughter with us….& the one bedroom one bath worked perfect. The condo is well equipped & is a corner unit right next to the BBQ’s, pool & spa!!

Great location!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Great proximity to all parts of the island. Corner ground floor unit provided an easy walk to the beach or pool. Super quiet as well, no loud neighbors whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella were provided. A boogie board would be a great addition!

Great Beachfront

Had a very nice quiet vacation. The condo is steps away from the pool, bbq and the beach. Enjoyed walking down the beach in the morning and crossing the street to the bakery for fresh cinnamon rolls and coffee. Thanks again Joan!

Unit 114 has been in the same family since 1977. Unit 114 feels very private with its views of Wailea to West Maui Mountains - but is convenient to the pool and BBQ.

Sugar Beach Resort has a great pool area - one of the best in Kihei - the pool is heated and large. Early evenings are wonderful at Sugar Beach Resort -sit in the hottub and look at the beach and ocean - the sunsets are magical.
