Come share “Our Space”. We are ready for 2026!!! Electric Golf Cart included.

This unique one story two bedroom, 2 bath cottage (duplex) is designer decorated and offers over 1,400 square feet of living space and a wrap-around deck plus outside shower.

You’ll enjoy a comfortable living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large glassed in back porch with amenities.

In addition to the main living areas there are two bedrooms. The master suite has a large master bath with garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower and double vanity. Adjacent to the main living areas you’ll find another full bath and bedroom. Other features include 10 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

This was our 4th time to stay in this lovely property. My grandson has already requested to come back again next year! We love this host, & the communication/entire process could not have been better. I can def recommend with no hesitation!

Babs was a wonderful host! Our family really enjoyed our week at her home and both the house and the property were amazing! The house was clean and very well-appointed. The furnishings were all high-quality and the kitchen had everything you could need. The house was also well-stocked with the essentials. It's clear she takes great care of her home and takes pride in it.The golf cart was a huge addition as well, and made it super convenient to get from the house to the pools and the beach.Babs had great communication before, during, and after our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick, easy, and low-fuss.Overall this was a great experience and we would 100% stay at this property again.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. As this was the 3rd or 4th time to the Martinique we loved the house and the time we spent as a family for a much needed family vacation!

Great Vacation Spot

The home is lovely and had EVERYTHING needed except the food! The common areas (pool, clubhouse, beach) are very clean and inviting. This is a wonderful family vacation spot that we hope to return to.

Another wonderful stay

This was our second stay at the Martinique. We had a wonderful vacation. Barbara is a great host. Her home is so comfortable and it had everything we needed to have a great stay.

Home Away from Home

We have stayed at this property several times and it feels like home. It is where we go to relax, it never seems too crowded. We had one pool almost to ourselves, most nights. The owner is always so welcoming and excited to share her space. We love how well kept the community is and how safe it feels.

We have stayed at Martinique on the Gulf multiple times and the last two at Mariposa Deux. The host is top notch, always focused on your experience as a guest. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable. The golf cart is beautiful and loaded with all the bells and whistles. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Family Vacation

The cottage is beautiful and very nicely decorated. The community is also beautiful with a private beach and two swimming pools. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Barbara is an excellent host!

Fantastic location!

I love this resort. Having stayed twice now, this will always be my go to place. Mrs. Barbara was an awesome host. Her place is beautiful, quiet and very clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Amazing house and host!

We had a wonderful time staying here, the cottage is absolutely gorgeous and Barbara was great to work with. I have never had such a wonderful host before! I would highly recommend staying at the cottage, lots of great memories!

Wonderful vacation spot!

We loved the beautiful duplex home. It is a wonderful property and very nicely equipped. We enjoyed the private beach, pools and golf cart!! Would definitely recommend!! Owner is easy to work with and has great communication!

I am an Interior Designer. I have owned this cottage/duplex since 2002. I love the Martinique Development. It is a one-of-a-kind property. It is beautifully maintained, and the staff is very accomodating. You will enjoy this development any time of the year.........

I was fortunate to be able to build this property from the ground up. Since I am a designer, building this cottage afforded me the opportunity to do some very special features. It has 10 ft ceilings and 8ft doors. It has a glassed in sun room with a daybed and accessiores. There is a wonderful wrap around deck, and an outside shower with hot and cold water. The kitchen cabinets are custom and they are made of Louisiana Cyprus. The floors are wood, except in the kitchen, bathrooms, and sun room.

I have tried to keep the pricing simple and uncomplicated. The sales tax is included in the rate.........WELCOME......

Customed designed. Warm and inviting. It includes many antique pieces with a mix of the new to make it interesting. It has a well appointed kitchen. Original art work, and beautiful decor.

We are about breaking bread (cooking and eating). We love to cook, eat, and entertain. We have created a kitchen to make this happen.
