The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units. You even have a shared washer/dryer during your stay! The night sky is perfect for stargazing and listening to ocean waves crash onto the shore. You can leave your car parked in your reserved parking space the entire time you are here as everything is in easy walking distance. The TV's are equipped with basic cable. Beach lovers can enjoy the views of the ocean from the shared balcony of this condo or by crossing the private boardwalk over the sand dunes and right onto the sand! During the summer you can enjoy the water at one of the only sections of the beach with a lifeguard. Those who like to fish can walk down to the Fishing Pier located less than a block away to join other anglers. Great restaurants, fresh seafood vendors and a grocery store are all nearby. This unit is a great base to explore the beach as well as the historic City of Charleston. This is a smoke free condo. Folly Beach Suites shares laundry & HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from washer/dryer as soon as possible. Host on the Coast allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building.
