Come marvel at the absolutely breathtaking view off of the balcony of our luxury two bedroom, two bath condominium located in the upscale Echota on the Ridge Community in Foscoe. This property is located off of highway 105 South, conveniently located between Boone and Banner Elk, NC and close to Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Escape your stress filled world by enjoying a level entry condo (no steps!) that offers all the comforts of home including a well equipped kitchen, flat screened tvs, stereo in living area, king size bed in the master, twins in the second bedroom and a well appointed bath for each bedroom. All linens, basic paper products and complimentary bath soaps are included.

Sit on the covered deck and enjoy the wildlife in the woods in front of you and the long range view of the Moses Cone Park and Blue Ridge Parkway. Sunrises and sunsets alike are amazing!
Take advantage of the many activities available to you in this area of the North Carolina Mountains mentioned elsewhere on this page.

Guests enjoy the amenities of both Echota on the Ridge Clubhouse/Outdoor Pool/Hot Tub Spa/Fitness Center or the Echota Woods Clubhouse/Indoor Pool/Hot Tub Spa/Fitness Center.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Echota! Communication with the owner was excellent, and the views from the balcony were wonderful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each evening as we enjoyed a meal together.

Another great stay

It was a fantastic weekend to visit the Banner Elk area. The weather was great and the accommodations were fantastic. After a long day of hiking and biking, it was nice to be able to relax in a place that felt so much like home.

The view from the porch was stunning! Very quiet area, spacious for a two bedroom, clean, lots of amenities (pool, hot tub, workout area) and easily accessible on first floor. Hope to visit again.

Wonderful stay in the mountains

we so enjoyed the cabin. It was clean, well furnished and very welcoming. The view was stunning. We enjoyed setting on the deck in the rocking chairs and seeing the mountains The small problem we had with the door latch was taken care of within minutes. It was reassuring to know that there were maintenance people who would come at once and fix whatever the problem was. Our stay was great

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Great location to easily access area attractions but also still enjoy the quiet and views of the mountain! Condo was clean and just the right size for our family of four. We never ended up using the community amenities, so we’ll have to come back! Owner communication was fantastic; we knew exactly what to bring with us and what their check in/out expectations were. Great stay!

Quiet cabin with amazing view

This place is in a very good location. Pretty much 15 minutes from anything you want to do. Very quiet and clean. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Very good overall experience. Don’t hesitate to book this place if it’s available.

Quick weekend stay

The house was very clean and exactly as listed. We have stayed in several units in Echota, and this one is just as nice. We love the view, the pool, gym, and close proximity to Hawksnest and Banner Elk. We make a trip to this area most years and hope to stay here again in the future!

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is very cozy and has a great layout for a family of 4. It is also in a great location; offering a beautiful view and easy access! We encountered some snow and freezing rain during our visit and worried about getting down the mountain but roads were well maintained. We would definitely return.

Amazing views with a cozy atmosphere

Our stay was one of the best we have had while visiting the Boone area. Came up from the coast of NC to attend our son's graduation from Appalachian State. We wanted to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Boone and this property checked all the boxes. Great location, clean and comfy (made us feel at home). The views of the sunrises from the balcony were amazing. My family will definitely be returning!!!

Great location & stay. Absolutely beautiful view. Cozy & quiet. The owner was beyond accommodating & kind. She let us in early, which was wonderful as we were driving a number of hours beforehand. Would highly recommend!!!!
