Come marvel at the absolutely breathtaking view off of the balcony of our luxury two bedroom, two bath condominium located in the upscale Echota on the Ridge Community in Foscoe. This property is located off of highway 105 South, conveniently located between Boone and Banner Elk, NC and close to Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Escape your stress filled world by enjoying a level entry condo (no steps!) that offers all the comforts of home including a well equipped kitchen, flat screened tvs, stereo in living area, king size bed in the master, twins in the second bedroom and a well appointed bath for each bedroom. All linens, basic paper products and complimentary bath soaps are included.

Sit on the covered deck and enjoy the wildlife in the woods in front of you and the long range view of the Moses Cone Park and Blue Ridge Parkway. Sunrises and sunsets alike are amazing!
Take advantage of the many activities available to you in this area of the North Carolina Mountains mentioned elsewhere on this page.

Guests enjoy the amenities of both Echota on the Ridge Clubhouse/Outdoor Pool/Hot Tub Spa/Fitness Center or the Echota Woods Clubhouse/Indoor Pool/Hot Tub Spa/Fitness Center.

The most beautiful views. The condo was perfect and we were all able to relax. The pool was so much fun and the waterfall at the pool was beautiful and relaxing. Best trip my family has taken in a long time.

Ann's property was beautiful and the place is so clean and inviting. The amenities such as the pool and the workout room in the clubhouse looked beautiful we did not get to use them but we did get to look at them. It was very foggy and rainy all weekend so we didn't get to enjoy what I know is an excellent view of the back deck. Thank you very much and for the use of your home.

We had a great stay! The views are incredible and the house was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location to Hawksnest tubing! My son also loved the indoor pool. We will definitely be back!

This was the 4th time that my family has stayed at this property, and it never disappoints. It is so nice to visit the High Country and have a place to stay that is clean, spacious, cozy, and in a great location with amazing views. The fall foliage was spectacular and Ann is a fantastic host. I expect many more stays here in the near future.

Great place

It was a great place with a great view. I think turning the water and water heater on and off was something new when staying somewhere, but not a big deal.

Thanks Brian! FYI we are required by the property owners association to have the water and hot water off when the unit is not occupied. Sometimes my cleaner does to arrive until the next day.

Great mountain getaway

Very clean and a beautiful view! Echota is the perfect place to stay close to Boone, Banner Elk and Valle Crucis. Really enjoyed our stay.

Another great stay

It was a fantastic weekend to visit the Banner Elk area. The weather was great and the accommodations were fantastic. After a long day of hiking and biking, it was nice to be able to relax in a place that felt so much like home.

We chose to purchase a condo in the Echota on the Ridge Community as it fit our needs of wanting a second home without serious upkeep issues. We enjoy the spectacular view, the ever changing weather and the amenities afforded to us in this 2nd home residential community and in the Watauga County area.
