This house is beautiful and had all the accommodations we needed to feel at home. Nathan was more than welcoming and offered restaurant suggestions and anything else we needed to enjoy our stay. We will be back!

Beautiful Home

We loved staying in this beautiful home. The host was wonderful! The bedrooms are so comfortable and we loved dining and spending time on the patio. We can't wait to visit again!

Estes Park rental

We much enjoyed our stay. A bonus for us was seeing lots of wildlife from the property, including• a juvenile male moose• a doe with twin fawns• a group of six wild turkeys• plenty of chipmunks and ground squirrels

Perfect place to stay for hiking trip

The house was perfect for three couples on a hiking trip. Quiet but still close to town and to multiple park entrances. Cozy house and beautiful mountain view from porch. Host was very attentive to questions. Would rent it again!

We really enjoyed the cabin overall. The deck was our favorite part and the view was amazing. We saw mule deer grazing close by a few different times. It was easy to get to and close to town. The downfall was it is not as secluded as we would have liked.

Family road trip

This was a great spot for accessing RMNP. We grilled, enjoyed the porch, watched for wildlife, played cards. Nice clean property that is accurately portrayed in the photos and listing. Host is responsive to questions, etc.

Close to town & RMNP!

The cabin was amazing. We loved every detail on the inside. It had exactly what we needed. We had a 7 month old, an 11, 12, 14, 16 & 4 adults & everyone had fun. We were close enough to town, to run & grab what was needed but not in the hustle & bustle. Seen elk & mule deer without even leaving! The only reason my review isn't all 5 stars was that the pictures don't show it- however, there are neighbors all around. Very close. Front, sides, back. From the pictures, we were under the impression that we'd be somewhat secluded, but we had homes all over. We enjoyed time on the front porch with our group but I was constantly concerned about our noise level with so many homes around. I do recommend this cabin just be aware it is not where you expect it to sit.

Vacation with Friends

We truly enjoyed the property. Home was nice and welcoming and very well furnished with everything you need. We saw elk and mule deer daily outside our windows. We will return to Estes Park in the future and will consider this house if it is available.

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable house.

We stayed a full week in this outrageously beautiful area adjacent to Estes Park. Needless to say that location is more than one can wish for, deer, birds, Forrest, proximity to park. House is well situated and comfortable, well stocked with everything you need from lounging to cooking (carry your own knife sharpener :). There are 5 doors downstairs, so you can get out to porch from every room (2 of those might need a second lock though, I am a paranoid mother with 2 children). Host was very attentive and responsive, we appreciate the chance to enjoy the area in a very comfortable setting.

College Reunion

My college friends and I reunited after several years apart and there was no better place to do it than at Nathan's cabin in Estes Park. The cabin was very cozy and provided amazing views of the Rocky Mountains. We spent a day in the national park which is only a few minutes drive from the cabin - a convenient drive given the long lines and wait time to get into the park. The following day we spent walking around downtown Estes, checking out many of the restaurants and bars that Nathan suggested. Overall, the experience was perfect and Nathan was a very accommodating, knowledgeable host. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in visiting Estes or Rocky Mountain National Park.

Can't beat this convenience

Just can't beat this convenience and functionality. Great grocery store and resturants nearly in walking distance ... same for the main entrance to RMNP. Elk and deer and rabbits on the property every day. Great view of snow covered peaks from the big porch (overlooking the very nearby neighbors -- just like any property near Estes Park). We never even went into town ... EVERYTHING we needed was nearby. Everyone of the three bedrooms had it's own bathroom and shower and plenty of storage space. Cooked all of our meals and never left the house except to hike. Exactly what I needed -- not a resort, but wonderfully rustic, AWESOME functionality. I will rent this place again.

I got exactly what I wanted.

Great property with what I wanted. I met up with my college friend and we spent almost a week in Rocky Mountain National Park. The price was reasonable and we were more than comfortable. Would go again. If you book keep your eyes out for Patrick the community elk and other critters (deer, rabbits, etc...)

Enjoyable

This is a nice property very close to RMNP. It is an easy drive right into the park. There is even plenty of wildlife right in the front yard. We had a very nice fall trip and Nancy was great to work with. Hopefully, we have a chance to go back.
