Located across from Colonial Cemetery, and only two blocks from Broughton Street, this ground-level apartment is just a few steps away from the hustle and bustle. Guests enter into the airy living room, that is accented with charming decor. The kitchen opens up to the living room, with a large butcher block kitchen island that is perfect for preparing a home-cooked meal! Guests will enjoy having a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Off of the kitchen, guests will also find a stackable washer and dryer.

Toward the back of this cozy apartment, you will enter the oasis like bedroom with canopy bed and en suite bathroom. A queen size bed with hotel-grade linens awaits you, and the en suite features a tub/shower combination and a marble countertop vanity, with plenty of space to get ready!

Get a feel for Savannah's spooky side and walk through the Colonial Park Cemetery, with tombstones that date as far back as 1750. For those looking to take home more than a history lesson, head North three blocks to Savannah's retail hub: Broughton Street.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Great long weekend!!

The property was just as advertised! A great location within walking distance of everything. It is nicely decorated which gives it an at home feel. Perfect for a long weekend trip for 2! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Living like a SCAD student.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wife and I celebrated 10 years by leaving the kids home and living like college students, who actually have disposable income. The location is the sell on this spot. We could walk to all the touristy spots, and Uber cheaply to anywhere outside downtown. Apartment is decorated nicely, but has no natural light. If my wife didn’t have me to wake her up she would have slept the day away. It rained a lot and we had to go out front to check the weather. Overall it was an okay stay and any of our concerns were addressed.

Convenient, but not as perceived in pictures....

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay started out rough. It took 20 minutes to get into the rental. The codes supplied by the rental company, Lucky Savannah, didn’t work. It took five attempts to get into the unit. When we called them they couldn’t get any of the codes to work. Upon moving in, we were gravely disappointed. The residence was nothing like the pictures. The pictures make this rental look very spacious. That simply is not the case; the space is extremely compact. When preparing for bed, we noticed that the pillows had no pillowcases and there were none in the rental. When I moved the pillows I noticed that there was hair and dirt on two of them; one had dried on blood and the last one looked like someone had drooled all over it. If that wasn’t disgusting enough, these pillows were so flat it looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years. We did call management and almost two hours later, they dropped off, cheap, squishy pillows from Wal-Mart, but at least they were clean. The person who dropped them off did apologize for the inconvenience. The description online mentions hotel-grade linens but they definitely were not.The owners of this rental really should be guests here. The bed is so unbelievably uncomfortable and squeaky that one is afraid to move for fear one will wake the person sleeping next to them. The rental was clean albeit, a few lights didn’t work and the batteries on the battery operated candles were all dead. I must add that this rental is within walking distance to just about everything. One can definitely feel safe here as the lights in the courtyard stay on all night. The fire department is right next door and the police department is about a block away. We did purchase a parking pass. It was relatively easy to locate parking on the street near the rental. Had it not been for the disgusting pillows, we would have given it a better rating.

This cute little apartment was close to everything. The trolley had a drop off point right across the street. We were able to walk around Savannah and come back and relax very easily.

The place is well maintained and has everything you need. There is a gas station on the other side of the block that is really nice and has a lot of household items if you need any. CVS is within walking distance as well. We walked everywhere downtown and got an Uber to Tybee Island and St Bonaventure Cemetery. If you want to experience Savannah this is the place to stay!

Charming place in a great location

We could not have asked for a better location for this charming little apartment. We were within walking distance to everything but far enough off the busiest areas to have quiet time. Decorated beautifully, but there was an old musty and mold smell. The bathtub did not look clean and it was extremely difficult to pull the faucet knob out. The management sent only one door code for check in (there are 2) and the code that was sent to me did not work. Positives about the management was that they answered any time which was good since we needed the check in door codes late and had maintenance look at the tub faucet right away. They also kindly allowed us to store our luggage at their office while we used our last day for more sight seeing. Overall, we liked this cozy little place.

A lovely place, close to everything downtown

It is a lovely, cozy apartment, well-appointed 1 bedroom apartment, which was perfect for my time in Savannah. The kitchen is well-stocked, the bed is comfy, and the internet connection seemed fine the entire time I was there. I was very happy with my stay!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip. We will definitely be staying again. Location is great, we walked everywhere. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and absolutely beautifully decorated. Communication with the host was super easy. 5/5 recommend!

Home away from home

The location was great and the apartment was just as described. Just felt it could have been a little cleaner. The door going into the building was filthy and hallway wasn't much better and the apartment could have been a little cleaner. But overall it was good and the location was great.

If you are looking to walk between North and South historic districts and the river, this place is in the perfect location! It is just a 5 minute walk from many major squares, restaurants, Leopolds and more! We also loved having a clean place to stop for a bathroom/water break on days where we were doing a lot of walking and exploring. The bed was pretty comfortable compared to most vacation rentals I’ve tried, though it is SUPER squeaky. This place is definitely built for only 1-2 people to stay in and I would not recommend more than that. We mainly used it just to sleep, and it worked perfectly for that! The place is very old and it’s easy to tell. The property also has mini shampoos/conditioners/soaps when you arrive and multiple rolls of toilet paper, which was great! I wish it could have been a bit cleaner, as you can tell that they don’t pay attention to smaller areas like under the bathroom sink, in drawers, smaller surfaces. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around barefoot or putting my stuff in the bathroom drawers, just because I noticed some leftover dirt and grime from previous stays, but that would be my only gripe! Other than that, this place was a great stay for two for a trip to Savannah!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the rental property to be quaint. It was located within walking distance to the river and restaurants on the Main Street. As far as the conditions of the rental; the floors could have been cleaner. Safety strips need to be put into the tub because when one was showering it became quite slippery. Other than those things it was enjoyable. Thank you.
