Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This second-floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

I absolutely loved staying here! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Bed and furniture were comfy, and it just really felt like my little home away from home for 4 days. The small complex was beautifully landscaped, the whole property is really attractive and on a very nice street. Walking distance to all of the fun stuff, and still close to major grocery stores, etc. I was fortunate to meet Kirsten during my stay, she is a fantastic, gracious host! I will DEFINITELY stay again when I am in the area. Highly recommend!

Great Location! We loved staying in this quaint apartment. It was my husband and I's first time in St. Augustine and we loved it. This location is minutes walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go. Downtown, uptown, marina, shopping, sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute apartment life in downtown St Augustine. Everything is walkable and convenient and the off street parking is perfect. The apartment is well appointed, super clean and convenient. We will return when visiting our Flagler student!

Everything was great! Cold ac ,quiet location close to Everything you would like on a stay-cation or vacation. Really enjoyed the city atmosphere at night . And only a short walk . Excellent water pressure in shower.

The location was terrific. A few blocks from heart of historic district. Beautiful area to walk in, with stately and historic homes. Apartment was well stocked, with every convenience. Host very quick with communication.
