Place was so cute and was the perfect balance of being near enough to the historic district that we never needed the car, but we weren't in the middle of everything, so it was nice and quiet at night. Neighborhood was well lit at night and we never felt uncomfortable walking at 10pm and later.

Very clean and comfortable Kitchen had all that was needed for me personally not enough counter top as we stayed 3 weeks and ate in more than outGood to have a washer dryer on site10 min walk to downtown down Carrera to the end and crossover to Hypolita that brings you into downtown

Loved staying here and would happily book again. The property was gorgeous, and the location was ideal for exploring the area on foot.

I absolutely loved staying here! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Bed and furniture were comfy, and it just really felt like my little home away from home for 4 days. The small complex was beautifully landscaped, the whole property is really attractive and on a very nice street. Walking distance to all of the fun stuff, and still close to major grocery stores, etc. I was fortunate to meet Kirsten during my stay, she is a fantastic, gracious host! I will DEFINITELY stay again when I am in the area. Highly recommend!

Kitchen was stocked enough. Perfect for couples.Convenient location, easy access to many historical sites, activities and site seeing. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location! We loved staying in this quaint apartment. It was my husband and I's first time in St. Augustine and we loved it. This location is minutes walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go. Downtown, uptown, marina, shopping, sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! Cold ac ,quiet location close to Everything you would like on a stay-cation or vacation. Really enjoyed the city atmosphere at night . And only a short walk . Excellent water pressure in shower.

Cute apartment life in downtown St Augustine. Everything is walkable and convenient and the off street parking is perfect. The apartment is well appointed, super clean and convenient. We will return when visiting our Flagler student!

The location was terrific. A few blocks from heart of historic district. Beautiful area to walk in, with stately and historic homes. Apartment was well stocked, with every convenience. Host very quick with communication.
