This luxurious 3-story, 3,089 sq. ft. home has an elevator, salt water heated and cooled pool, and five covered decks and patios which is an additional 1,800 sq. ft. of space to take in the cool ocean breezes. Our home is ideally located on the ocean side of A1A Beach Blvd on a quiet residential street in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, just steps to the beach. The house contains 3 full bedrooms and a DOWNSTAIRS FULL SUITE with kitchenette and wet bar. The suite is poolside with a super comfy queen Murphy bed. The home boasts 3 1/2 bathrooms and each bed room is equipped with new 50" flat-screen TVs for maximum comfort. We also offer state of the art wireless internet throughout the home..

Upon entering the front door, you'll know your vacation has begun! The first-floor poolside flex room is furnished with a queen size Murphy bed, flat-screen TV, granite wet bar, washer/dryer, and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This multi-purpose room is a favorite for many couples, as there is easy access to the pool and outdoor eating areas, just outside the French doors. Ping pong table and foosball table was just added in the garage for some good family fun!

Take the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor, which is the main sleeping level. The master bedroom features an ultra-comfortable king size bed, large flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, and walk in shower. French doors open out to a spacious, private balcony overlooking the salt-water pool. The second bedroom features a king size bed, while the third bedroom has two full-size bunk beds a twin trundle bed and a full size bed for an easy six person accommodation.. Both have French doors opening to a large covered balconies. There is also a full guest bathroom in the hallway, with tub/shower combo. In addition, the great room sofa is also a Queen size pull out SOFA BED.

The third floor features a cathedral ceiling, large open kitchen with granite counter tops and an island with a gas cook top.The kitchen opens to a huge family/great room which features a coastal decor with large, comfortable sofas and a huge flat-screen TV, Gas Fireplace and glimpses of the ocean through the many windows and from the large attached balcony. The kitchen is furnished with high-end appliances and is stocked with a full complement of cookware, dishes and utensils. Don’t worry coffee drinkers, there is a Keurig and drip coffee maker as well. Just off the kitchen is another large ocean view balcony which is perfect for outdoor dining.

The tastefully-landscaped backyard surrounds the salt water pool and covered porch, which is a perfect spot to hangout when you're not at the beach and want to still be outside by the water, new barbaque for your convenience. Getting to the beach is a breeze. We're beach side and only steps away from the sand, all on a quiet residential street - no busy roads or traffic to deal with to reach the beach! The house is also very close to numerous top-rated restaurants, and only 4 1/2 miles to the shops and museums in historic downtown St. Augustine.

Normally, there is a seven night minimum rental. However, in some months a 3 night rental is possible. Please keep in mind that we prefer our 7 night weeks from 4 pm Saturday to 10 am Saturday.
