The Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is rated the number one resort on the island. Our Ocean Villa Condo has a beautiful ocean view, just open the sliding glass door to the balcony and it is love at first sight. The ocean view from the private balcony is breath taking from sunrise to sunset. The non smoking, pet free Condo is fully furnished. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds built in the hallway. The condo also has a full sized kitchen area with dining room table, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Located in the living room area is also a pull out queen size sofa bed. Our condo is very cozy, and welcoming to all beach lovers from all over the world.
The resort has 24 hour security and is a family friendly location to enjoy your vacation. Whether you spend your day walking the 12 miles wide of sandy, white beaches or enjoy the day golfing, bicycling or shopping, your vacation will be memorable for years to come.
Hilton Head Island is renowned for its many restaurants, speciality shops, outlet malls and golf courses. The tropically landscaped resort is located on the island's most extensive bicycle trails.
Our Hilton Head Condo has reasonable rates. Amenities include an olympic size swimming pool that can can be seen from the balcony, one average size swimming pool, large playground, catch and release fishing pond, tennis courts, pickle court, basketball court and weight room.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is one of the most popular vacationing destinations from all over the world. If you are in need of a vacation that is quite, peaceful and relaxing, this is the place you want to be.

Relaxing Time

My daughter and I love enjoyed staying at this villa. Everything was provided for by the owners, and it's only steps away from the beach. We'll stay again!

Amazing Trip To HHI

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo! The location was perfect. We could walk less than 5 minutes and be on the beach, drive less than 10 minutes and be at all of our favorite seafood joints. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Donny's Forst Beach Trip

It was a great property to stay at Nate our oldest who is 3 loved being able to see the lagoon, pool, and beach all from the balcony. Both boys enjoyed staying in the bunk beds and the bed in the master bedroom was so soft, it was some of the best sleep I've gotten. Honestly I'm not much of a beach person but after this stay I didnt want to leave.

Great view!

Good location within the resort. Hosts are great to deal with and the condo is nice with comfy beds and a lovely shower! The view of the ocean from the balcony is very nice.

Anniversary Trip

We love staying at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis. This condo was no exception. It’s a close walk to the beach and very clean. Owners were very responsive when I had a question as well!

We love HHI Beach & Tennis

This was our second year at the HHI Beach & Tennis Resort, and first time at this specific condo. We were very pleased with everything about our stay! We love the easy walk to the beach and pool, the beautiful view from the balcony, and the resort amenities. We were excited for the beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards in the condo for our 4 year old. No complaints! Highly recommend!

BEAUTIFUL Condo

The whole condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. It was very clean upon walking in, and the walk in shower was a treat. But what really made the condo worth renting was the beautiful view of the ocean from the 3rd story belcony(with much needed ceiling fan). Ocean view sunrise coffee(from the convenient Keurig in the condo) every morning really made my vacation a VACATION. KUDOS and thank you for the great hospitality.

Review

The location of this property was very convenient & had a great view . Checking in was a very easy process but once entering the condo I was a little bit disappointed. The condo had a very musty smell. I did see lots of air fresheners & candles but they didn’t seem to help . The master bed only had 2 pillows & bedding just felt very cheap . The bathroom was not the cleanest having hair all over . Overall I would stay at this resort again but maybe not this condo .

Three night beach get-away

The property was updated and very clean. Just the right size for a couple or a family of four. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the area walking paths. Christi was quick to respond to our emails. Would consider staying here again.

First Trip to HHI

Our first trip to HHI was a success. Condo is as advertised. Clean, and has partial view of ocean and sunrise. Made a few small meals here, but hard if you had lots of prep with not much counter space. Closet had beach chairs and umbrellas to use which was nice. Bed was comfortable. Had a little trouble figuring out how to work tv to see college basketball championship game. That was the only time we even turned it on. Be aware that each unit is independently owned and some allow smoking. We had issues a couple nights with the unit below us smoking and that sent us inside. Totally out of this owners control. She was very responsive to my text messages. Luckily this wasn't a daily occurrence. Despite these few little things we would be back.

Spring Break 2023

Loved the ocean view, even saw dolphins one morning! Pool was nice and the beach did not disappoint- just beautiful! Close to groceries and not far to Coligny for shopping and the Frosty Frog. Also not far from Skull Creek Boathouse for an amazing sunset dinner on the water.

Vacation

It was perfect for us had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we go to Hilton Head Island. There is no elevator to get you to the 3rd floor, which was fine for us. If you can’t walk 3 flights of steps you would need to weigh that. The unit had a nice view of the ocean and we enjoyed it.

Great Place close to everything

Enjoyed our stay. Was extremely closed to every stores. Really enjoyed waking up early and seeing the sunrise since the beach was so close.

Location Fantastic

This condo is located just a few steps from the boardwalk to one of the best beaches on Hilton Head. The place is cozy and has all the needed kitchen accessories. The condo owner was wonderfully organized and had all the necessary info for us before we arrived. I would stay there again if I return.

Best Beach Getaway!

We LOVE staying at what our family affectionately calls “the little house.” This was our fourth year staying here and it gets better and better each year. I challenge anyone to find a better place with this rate, this view, these amenities, and proximity to the beach! We have looked into other places to stay and go back to this one every time realizing nothing compares to this place! Thank you Christi for keeping your rates affordable for families like ours! The “little house” is equipped with bunk beds, a comfy master bed, and a pull out sofa. Our family of four sleeps very comfortably here! There is a fully stocked kitchen if you decide you want to cook but we suggest trying many of the islands delicious restaurants. The balcony has INCREDIBLE ocean views! They have just redone the wooden walkway to the beach which is steps from the condo! Every morning my husband sits on the balcony to watch the sunrise while I walk SECONDS to the beach from the walkway just steps from the condo. The sunrises are gorgeous! During the day we head to the largest ocean front pool on the island also just steps from the condo or we head to the beach just steps from the condo! Our kids like getting an ice cream treat from the ice cream stand by the pool. There’s also a bar and restaurant right beside the pool! If tennis or pickle ball is your thing, they’ve got it here! We also love the convenience of renting our tandem bikes at the bike rental shack on site! Biking the island is one of our favorite things to do! We highly recommend Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis resort but specifically Christi’s place! We are so grateful for every moment we’ve spent here and can’t wait for next year!!!

Clean, comfortable place to get away near the beach.

Owner was great with communication and made accessing the unit and checking in super easy. Upon arrival we had an immediate issue with a leaking ceiling. However, we contacted the owner by text, and she immediately responded to assure us that maintenance had been called. They promptly arrived and had the issue temporarily fixed for the night in a very short time and then returned the next morning to permanently fix on the roof. Things happen, and we truly appreciated the quick response to resolve. The owner and local maintenance couldn't have been any better in responding. The unit has a great location just steps from the water with a fantastic beachside pool. We rented bikes on property and found this to be a great base for exploring the island. Would recommend this to others and hope to return ourselves.

A new experience for us. The weather was terrific, therefore we spent most of our time outside at the pool, on the beach or exploring the area. The small restaurants/bar on the complex is very convenient. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
