Summary:
Escape to beautiful Santa Cruz for some beach fun with the family or a romantic getaway at this updated home.
This two-bedroom vacation rental is just a short stroll from the San Lorenzo River and the Santa Cruz Riverwalk. Enjoy the seaside Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk for rides, arcade games, Mini-Golf, Lazer Tag, and carnival-style treats, less than a mile away. When you arrive, park in one of the two gated parking spots.
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- There are two reserved covered, gated parking spots There is a gate on either side of the apartment complex.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room - cozy sofa, two armchairs, a large TV with a Roku, a warming gas fireplace, and sliding door access to the furnished balcony
- Furnished balcony for meals or morning coffee.
Note:
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- NO PETS
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house minus a couple locked closets for owner's belongings.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer an earlier check-in or bag drop. This helps us ensure our team has sufficient time preparing the unit for your arrival, while maintaining Airbnb's enhanced cleaning process. Thank you for your understanding!

The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk offers classic seaside fun with thrilling rides and amusements. The town's lively downtown area is dotted with eclectic shops, art galleries, and diverse dining options. Santa Cruz is also a hub for live music and cultural events, with the Santa Cruz Wharf offering spectacular ocean views and fresh seafood. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures or relaxation, Santa Cruz has it all, making it a dynamic and inviting coastal destination.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (20 minute drive)
- Henry Cowell (20 minute drive)
- The Mystery Spot (10 minute drive)
- Capitola Village (15 minute drive)
- Monterey Bay Aquarium (1 hr drive)
- Whole Foods, Safeway, etc. (5-10 minute drive)
- West Cliff - Cowell's Beach, Steamer Lane, Lighthouse, etc. (5-10 minute drive)
Other Things to Note:
- Due to the stairs and layout of the condo complex, this unit is not recommended for children. Please contact us if you would like assistance finding a more suitable rental. Thank you!
- This home is in a condo complex, so there is potential for noise from neighbors (footsteps, voices, and cars passing by). Loud noise and parties are strictly prohibited.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- This rental is located on floor 3.
- Parking notes: There is a gate on either side of the apartment complex. There are two covered, gated parking spots for 118 C.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
