You won't believe the view! See miles of beach stretching out before you.

Immaculate -- fresh paint and carpet, 65 inch 4KTV and super-comfy reclining leather sofa. Inviting full kitchen. Enjoy your coffee or tea on the private balcony with awe-inspiring views of the sunrise. You will fall in love with the natural beauty of this unique ecosystem as you walk gorgeous beaches and woodland nature trails.

This unit is located at the southern end of the newly renovated Sandcastles II building with convenient access to both stairs and elevator. You will have perfect privacy and quiet here as what is just above your ceiling is the building's terra cotta tile roof. Six different golf courses on the island make for a golfer's paradise, but with enough woods, water, and wildlife to satisfy any nature lover as well. Or take a relaxing dip in the pool and sun on the spacious deck beach-side.

There is an upscale grocery store just a few minutes away with whatever you may need.

Enjoy nearby resort restaurants or make a quick trip up the lovely canopy road to sample historic Fernandina's fine dining or casual fare. Shop while you're there at unique shops and boutiques, not to mention a world-class ice cream parlor.

Great condo and location

This is our second time staying here. The condo is decorated very nice. The view of the beach is great. They have beach chairs and towels and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Wonderful condo to enjoy beach and live oaks!

This was our second stay in this unit. We had stayed in it two years ago and were careful to book early to get this unit for for this year's stay. It is ideally located, not right within the town but close enough to be convenient for dining, necessary purchases, etc. We highly recommend it.

Great location, spotless condo, amazing view

This condo is located right next to the Omni Hotel which means it is close to all sorts of restaurants and shops. Its also a very easy drive to downtown Fernadina, which was shockingly cute and worthwhile. The owners were great communicators and very easy to deal with. Condo is well equipped and maintained. Views from the balcony were beautiful. I would highly recommend to any couple headed to the area.

Wonderful location

The condo was stocked with everything needed to enjoy the beach (chairs/towels/cooler). We appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail with decor/towels/bedding, etc. Loved the view and the location. Driving directions and entry information was complete and easy to navigate.

Wonderful views and great host!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The space was clean and had plenty of attention to detail, including homemade chocolate chip cookies as we came in. I wish I had known that the Omni Resort pools and fitness center are not open to guests of this property, but there is a small pool attached to the property. The view of the ocean can't be beat, and the sound of the waves as we went to sleep was amazing. We would stay here again!

Beach Getaway

My friend and I couldn’t have had a better vacation. We felt like we were walking into someone’s home where fresh-baked cookies and cold bottles water in the fridge awaited us! Everything was so clean and fresh! The bedroom and balcony view of the beach were perfect. We were on the balcony lots. Loved the seclusion and security of being on the grounds of the Omni Resort. We felt very safe. I also loved the natural surroundings of the southern end of the island and not being close to lots of other condos and restaurants. This was my first time to the island and I definitely want to go back. And this will be the place I will choose. Best time to the beach ever! Thank you John and Karen. You’re the perfect hosts.

We absolutely love this part of the world. We both love nature and there is an almost unlimited variety of beautiful sights and wildlife to explore. The Jacksonville Zoo is a 35 minute drive and offers offers thrilling world class exhibits. There is a wildlife observation platform 10 minutes away along A1A where wild birds congregate -- a perfect spot for photography. There is a very active community of conservation volunteers in the neighborhood, as this beach is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Most of all though, we find this environment to be very relaxing --the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of the big city.

This unit is very private. It is at the southern end of the building and sits atop of the structure. Yet, it is located close to the elevator and stairs. The view is outstanding from either the living room's bay window or your private balcony. You can see all the way to the southern end of the island.
