Nice condo, large balcony on the end. My only issue was that I didn’t realize so many kids would be out of school for this time of year and Splash is very kid friendly. Great place for families with kids. Very overstimulating for a quiet, peaceful girls trip.

It was busy season- the one thing that set us off was sand on the floors and bed- were sheets changed out? I ended washing the sheets so I k ew they were clean. Having sand is a hard thing to maintain- but after expressing my issues with the owner there was no response back. Besides the issues we had, the stay was great.

The unit itself was clean, comfortable and big enough for a family. The complex is in a great location and so much to do. Check-in process easy and painless. Will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice condo with many amenities. It was clean and stocked with everything needed. It’s a perfect place for families with small children. My only complaint would be the light pollution from the Alvin’s across the street. It was very bright and noisy from the pool area. I would definitely stay again, and definitely recommend it to others

Relaxing Family Vacay

This stay was everything listed, with something for everyone in the family. The condo was clean and roomy, with enough space for all of us. I would recommend this condo to anyone and would stay again.

Awesome for Families

We had so much fun at this condo! It fit our family of 6 perfectly, 2 adults and 4 younger children. We loved the space of the unit, loved the balcony and Splash Resort had a ton for families to do. We used the beach and the pools every day.

Family vacation

First time at Splash! Great set up for families with children. We all enjoyed our time there. Easy check in. Clean resort and condo. Great to have two bedrooms with king beds and both beachfront. Large balcony. Will definitely be back again!
