The location is incredible as it is directly on the beach. Nice quiet part of the boardwalk and within walking distance to bike rentals, shops and restaurants. Will definitely rebook.

The beach house was perfect for our family of 10. All the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked with both a carafe and Keurig coffee machines. No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas or toys, they have it all. Location is on the beach and nearly by the playground. Easy to walk down the board walk for dinner and ice cream!

We had the best time! This location can’t be beat. Spectacular views from the upstairs bedrooms, the most incredible patio to enjoy the ocean views. Easy beach access, close to Newport, Balboa, and amazing restaurants. The house itself is light, bright, and open. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and made the whole process so easy. We can’t wait to visit again!

The home is everything and more. The host was responsive and went above and beyond. This property is perfect for family gatherings and girl trips. Each bedroom is decorated in beach chic and having so many restrooms makes it convenient for any gathering. The living space is modest but the view is what you are there for. Located in the heart of Newport Beach, you can easily walk to get coffee or cocktails. I can't wait to plan my next trip back. Way to go!

Great stay!

Everything was great about our stay. Accommodation was nice they had a few things for small kids which was really helpful. Location was amazing and communication was very good as well when we had questions.

What a great location for a family and friends vacation! We loved being steps away from the ocean and right on the strip to people watch and enjoy some amazing sunsets!
