Coronavirus Update - our units are professionally cleaned after each tenant.

This wonderful unit has just gone through a partial renovation (May 2020). New flooring and windows were installed, along with some fixtures, a fresh coat of paint and new moldings.

The unit is a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath unit that sleeps up to 6 people.

The house has a deck with a BBQ, table, and chairs. The unit has a full kitchen w/ dishwasher and a small dining area. This unit is great for any family looking for a great summer vacation at the beach. Washer and drier are now available; shared with only 2 other rental units.

Just a couple of blocks from Belmont park, the vacation house can accommodate a family of up to 6 people. Swimming, beach activities, even Sea World and the zoo are within a short drive.

Please inquire for rates for periods longer than two weeks. This unit is only rented as a short term rental, i.e. 29 nights or less, with no option to extend.

Great place to stay. Kitchen has everything you need even a crockpot. Bbq was clean which is usually not the case at other VRBO’s that I have stayed in. Excellent host. This is our 3rd time staying here and will be back!

Location is absolutely great! While the space isn't huge, it was perfect for our family of 5. We were fully prepared to have our 1.5 year old sleep in bed with us, but a pak n play in the garage saved the day. Be mindful that the garage is tight, we rented a Jeep compass and it fit, but I don't think much bigger would. We made great use of the beach chairs and shovels as well. Would definitely stay here again if we return to San Diego!

Apartment was well appointed with everything you would need for the stay. Position to the beach is amazing and is just a 2 minute walk. Everything else is in walking distance.

Overall the property was everything we anticipated. Full equipped and pretty clean. Knew about the no AC before arriving just didn’t anticipate the high humidity in August. Ceilings fans were good but light is on while fan is on and no way to turn the light off with turning fan off too. Location was great, beach was quick and easy access, local coffee shops were just a block away, boardwalk access was easy, local food and shopping was convenient. The outdoor patio was nice, view of ocean, bbq was nice.

We loved our time on Dover Ct! The patio was so private felt like we were in our own world. Excellent location to Sara’s and Capri’s and the Market. We never touched our car!

Lovely time

Property is located in a great location. Close to Belmont Park, but far enough away that the crowds are not as populous at the beach as they are near Belmont.

Perfect distance from the beach, kitchen well furnished. The garage is small, fold in your mirrors. The bedrooms fans are missing the cord to turn off the light but leave the fan running. It would be nice to have the fan run at night.Had a great stay.

Great location

Unit was perfect for our needs: beach runs and convenient to all things San Diego. Garage is key but be warned, as the listing suggest, it is a tight space. Rented a GX-70 and it just fit width wise getting thru the garage door and then once it was in, it just fit length wise with only inches to spare. Property was great.

Wonderful stay! Will be back!

Although we didn’t get the sun we’d hoped for, the apartment worked for us perfectly. Robert was very responsive to our needs and helped us out. We love the Mission Beach/Bay area. Even though there were lots of people at Belmont Park, it never felt crowded by the apartment. Will definitely be back!

Great beach house

Neighborhood was quiet before too late. A short walk to the beach where we took advantage of the provided beach toys and chairs. Our minivan did not fit in the garage, and parking got a bit crazy on the weekend.. Kitchen was well-eqipped, and the bbq on the patio was a great option.

Unit was great! The location. Was awesome the car park makes a big difference staying over in mission beach not a lot of parking otherwise. The surrounding area has so much to do ! Great space
