Conveniently located just off I-40, you’ll be only 2 miles from UNCW, 5 miles from Wrightsville Beach, and 5 miles from Downtown Wilmington, giving you easy access to the area’s best attractions.

Enjoy being within walking distance of two of Wilmington’s favorite local restaurants, with shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, and entertainment just minutes away. Whether you’re planning a family getaway, couples’ trip, or business stay, you’ll find plenty to see and do nearby.

After a day of exploring, relax in our comfortable, thoughtfully equipped townhome. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed for a restful night’s sleep. Great Stay

We booked for our 35th wedding anniversary we have been coming to Wilmington for over 30 years and week we did absolutely nothing but stayed in and enjoyed our stay was amazing and look forward to another one soon.

Condo was clean, host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Beach was just a short drive away. I would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable and cute!

Location was excellent for visiting Wilmington. Was just a quick drive to downtown riverfront area attractions and restaurants. No hassles with parking.

Everything is as advertised. Close to just about everything. Had a great time in Wilmington. Owners are very nice and answered any questions I had promptly. Will stay again.

Clean and comfortable townhouse in central location!

Very clean and comfy townhouse! Felt like home! Holly was great to deal with - very responsive! House was nicely decorated and well appointed! Had everything we needed! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great and well stocked

The townhouse was great. Very clean and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Pool was unfortunately closed one day for maintenance but other than that was fantastic. Still 5 stars!

Great place

Appreciate Holly and Drew allowing us early access on short notice. Looking forward to using firepit area next time (weather didn’t cooperate). Was great to be able to walk to dinner after a long day of moving our daughter out of her dorm. Close to UNCW and Wrightsville. Will definitely book again

Very Satisfied

The rental was exactly as described. The owner communicated promptly. The rental was fully stocked with extra nice touches that provided everything needed and then some. The townhome was very clean and comfortable, and was a central location for restaurants, downtown, and beaches while maintaining a quiet community to relax. We look forward to our next stay.

Perfect location to everything!

We had a great stay at this property for my cousins wedding downtown. The location was close to everything. Holly was very responsive, and easy to communicate with. The beds were super comfortable, and there was a nice basket in the upstairs bathroom that came in handy. My only suggestions would be to get a new front door knob and there was a musty smell through the apartment that was not pleasant. We bought a candle to try to help it. Overall we enjoyed our first stay in Wilmington!

Overall Fine Stay

Were told we could check in early so we showed up right at 11:20am when we were told we could check in at 11:30. We attempted to check in at 11:21 and the code didn’t work. This was followed by a text from the host saying we couldn’t check in early anymore. Completely unacceptable as we drove 2 1/2 hours to be there early and were given 0 notice of this. The whole place smelt of a mixture of old cigarettes, gasoline, and strong cleaner. Besides the smell, everything was very clean, beds were super comfortable, and location was fine.

Perfect location! Right next to everything, but tucked into a peaceful, quiet community with the perfect sized pool. Even small children would be safe here. That alone is worth the price. But you get so much more here. The high quality furniture is full sized and sturdy. There's a king and queen bed, and kings are hard to find. Extra touches, like a private vanity sink in the master, that's separate from the bathroom, make life easier. And the place is SO clean and well stocked!! We enjoyed the full set of cookware, hand mixer, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, measuring cups, etc. The host has thought of everything, right down to 2 types of plastic wrap! And, we helped ourselves to 3/4 c. sugar. Go ahead and and spoil yourself here. It's a bargain, and we'll look forward to booking again in Sept/Oct. 2027. The heat in NC this July (2026) was a game changer.

Amazing place in an amazing location!

This townhouse is outstanding. It has everything you could possibly need, and if you find you do need something you are in the heart of a shopping district. Our host, Holly, was helpful and kind. I will stay here each time we come to visit family. I highly recommend it! It may be a new listing, but I promise it is phenomenal!!

Hi there! My husband and I met in Wilmington years ago, where he lived, while I was on a work trip. We fell in love, then shortly after got hitched! We decided to share our home and become hosts so others would enjoy the comforts of home when they're away from home. We're constantly traveling and try to steer clear from hotels, mainly because they don't have the amenities we prefer, so we try our best to make our home comfortable for you during your stay. If you find anything we're missing during your stay, don't hesitate to let us know. :) We both have a tremendous amount of love for Wilmington, the history, the beaches, and the ocean. We spend our time in Wilmington boating, fishing, golfing, and dining at one of the many delicious restaurants. We hope you'll choose our home for your stay and see what Wilmington is all about!
